There seems like there is a lot going on in the photo below of my son getting cavities treated, but what you don't see is tears. He was in that chair for 90 plus minutes and was happy to come in the following week when we had to finish the other side of his mouth. BTW - a note to all parents: it is never to early to start flossing as well as brushing.
My wife and I have been using Dr. Baird's and his team's services for 5 years and I am sure we will be seeing him for many years to come, but hopefully we will mostly only see his hygienists! I would recommend Dr. Baird for any age individual in your family.

Dr. Baird and his staff constantly exceed my expectations. Not only do I trust that my family's dental health is under exceptional care but the warm and friendly culture of the office is so comforting. The space is beautiful with all personal comforts accommodated.
I have also been so grateful that the doctor is honest about not doing something unnecessarily just to increase revenue. Multiple times he and his staff has been generous with their time in answering questions via phone, email, and in office that put my concerns to rest and prevent me from spending money without need.

I would highly recommend Eagle River Smiles! The office is beautiful and Dr. Baird and his staff are so friendly! They were able to accommodate our whole large family on very short notice. Dr. Baird is an excellent dentist and very gentle. He was able to take care of all the ages in our family. He saw my young children, teenagers, and my husband and I. 5 stars all around from the friendly staff to the outcome of the treatment. Being a former dental assistant my mom has the foundation to understand treatment plans and when she had visited several other dental offices they wanted to provide a plan that was unnecessary which drove up the treatment costs. Finding Dr Baird, truly was a miracle he took the time to understand what was needed and performed it flawlessly and for that we are Sincerely grateful for his expertise, precision, going above and beyond for patient care and for taking the time to ensure Ultimate patient satisfaction. Dr. Baird and staff are wonderful! I had an implant done and was so nervous but they made me feel comfortable and Dr. Baird was attentive and gentle. I will highly recommend this office to everyone! The office is beautiful and each room has a great view. Plus a separate play room for the kids to hangout while you get your work done too!

I have been a patient of Eagle River Smiles since moving to Idaho 2yrs ago and I can say that my experience has been amazing. Dr Baird and his entire staff make me feel like I’m a superstar!!! From the greeting when I enter until the time that I leave, they treat me with a smile and joy... it’s a totally pleasurable experience. The assistants don’t just “take care of business” they build rapport with you and always make sure you’re comfortable. Dr Baird is equally as personable; actually even more. He never recommends anything that’s extreme or unneeded and you can tell he sees you as not only a patient but also a real person (not just a number). He not only takes time to find out what your goals are for your smile; but he cares about your personal life as well. He’s the BEST... the entire staff for that matter.
If I could sum things up I’d say this... It never feels like you’re in a dental office; it seems as though you’re in a high end spa!! I mean honestly; where else can you get your teeth cleaned while watching a tv on the ceiling and wearing headphones??? Exactly... NOWHERE!!!

Dr. Baird and his staff are amazing. They are always friendly and helpful. Lisa is a great hygienist. She is very knowledgeable and I learn something new at each visit. Dr. Baird keeps my smile looking great. He helped me resolve some defects in my teeth. He made sure I was 100% happy with everything he did. He gave me referrals for work he doesn't do. I like their free teeth whitening for life program. It is nice to touch up the white smile. I enjoy my visit every six months.
