Dr Porter is great! The staff is wonderful as well. There's always good conversations to be had and the atmosphere is fun and open. Highly recommend Dr. Porter and his staff. They treat everyone with care, compassion and are attentive to your concerns. Front desk was friendly and professional to me and other patients that I witnessed visiting the office. Dr. Porter has a great staff ! This is expressed with the care during your treatment and making your experience as comfortable as possible.

My son had an amazing experience getting his wisdom teeth out. He was expecting to be down and out for a week, but had hardly any swelling and went out with friends the next day! Dr Porter is amazing as well as all the staff. Everyone was warm and professional.

I have always struggled with anxiety when it comes to dental work but Dr. Porter and his staff made me feel completely at ease. I had a root canal and some fillings plus a crown done by Dr. Porter over the last year and each time the chair got easier and easier to sit in. I even went back to work with ZERO pain after my root canal, no issues from it at all. Dr Porter and his staff always make me feel like I am their top priority. I’m really grateful to have found this office. Can’t say enough good things about the doctor, every staff member and their awesome calming playlist! This place is the real deal. You won’t find better dental work nor a more caring and personable office.

Dr. Porter and his staff are absolutely incredible. Dr. Porter is so kind and so easy to chat with. He takes his time to get to know you as a person and as a patient, he is a great listener and he is fun! Dr. Porter and his staff are professional, kind and treat everyone with compassion. They are wonderful at answering any questions I may have. Aida, Dr. Porter’s assistant is just amazing! She is one of the most hard working people I have encountered. She will make you smile and go the extra mile for all her patients to ensure they are taken care of, that means so much knowing this office will go above and beyond for all of their patients. Adnana at the front office is nothing less than amazing. She is helpful, kind and so easy to get along. Her smile will brighten your day! She will also go out of her way to make sure you are taken care of.

Although I am not a huge fan of going to the dentist, Dr. Porter and the whole staff are very welcoming, and all of my visits have been wonderful! The receptionist Susan Fox is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions when checking in and out. Overall, I would highly recommend Premier Dentistry of Eagle to everyone needing an excellent dentist.

Best dentist I've ever had! I've been to 7 dentists over the course of my life. I have had many issues with my teeth over the years. Needless to say, I know what good, skilled dental work is. This is the place. I will never go anywhere else

This place is the definition of a scam. Their billing department and the person who runs it absolutely love to screw people over. My wife has been going to this dentist office for over 20 years, and they just decided to completely burn a bridge over their own lies and mistakes, because they couldn’t own up to them. We were told that our bill to fill some cavities was going to be about $200 after insurance. We gave them our insurance information and were told that we are technically “out of market,” but that was ok since they work with our insurance and it should still be the $200. This was before we did the fills, and we made sure it would only be in the $200 price range, and they assured us that it wouldn’t be anything more than that. Well fast forward to after billing the insurance, and the office sends us a bill for $600. I gave them a call to get it sorted out, and the main lady in charge wasn’t there. I was told I would get a call back next time she was in, and never did. Then I got another bill with a late fine on it, after they had still never called me back. So I gave them another call, and surprise, surprise the main lady wasn’t there again. So I finally got a time to call them back a week later, and was able to get ahold of her. She was extremely rude and condescending on the phone. She lied about what she said to my wife about the insurance, and refused to help us in any way except to let us pay the bill over 2 months. She also said my wife “must have misheard” and she said the $200 in only a rough estimate, a rough estimate is them being wrong by $50 or so, not $400. And there was no miscommunication, we were afraid this would happen with being out of coverage, but since we’ve been going there for 20 years we thought it would be worth it and they would help us out if they made a mistake. But all it was on their end was deflecting, rude comments, and horrible business practices. I even asked to talk to an owner or someone who could help us out more, but the lady in charge of billing (Susan), was very rude in telling me that there’s nobody else. Gotta love it when a business lies and screws you over because they are nothing but greedy. You should go anywhere but this awful office. PS, the doctor is great and did a good job! He’s great. The money side of the office, horrible.
