Dr. Snow pulled a tooth for me. I have had teeth pulled in the past and always had problems but not this time. Very nice people, very professional and absolutely no trouble afterwards. I will be using Dr. Snow again.

This is by far the most helpful friendly accommodating dental office I have ever been, and I have been from Provo Utah to Afton Wyoming to Idaho falls Idaho and everywhere in between, to many different ones.The Pocatello Idaho office has the VERY BEST EMPLOYEES EVER. the appointment was over 2 hours long. we were there 15 minutes early like they asked us to be. arrived 8 am and didn't get done until after 11:30 am.. ask if they did dentures and was told yes but never made me appointment, I personally wont go back.

If aspen cant get ahold of you to confirm your appointment they put someone else in your time slot. Then when you get there for your appointment your told you have to wait an extra hour to be seen.
Aspen is ALL about the oh mighty dollar.

I was in pain and they were able to getme in the next day, then they stayed late to help take care of me. The staff was also very go ok d with helping entertain my daughter while I had to get work done will definatly go back.
