Aspen Dental

My husband is the patient, but due to his extreme hard of hearing, I do most of his appointments and calls. Recently received a phone call from the Pocatello office. The person making the call, was laughing and giggling so much, it was very hard to understand why she was calling. Finally she said something about an appointment and not to call before Thursday. This was on Wednesday. I received the call late on Wednesday, so was not able to call before Thursday. So I returned the call the next day. I was transferred to this person. Took two tries to get her. I explained I did not know what the call was about, especially since she was laughing and giggling so much. No apology at all. I asked what was the appointment for. She said that husband needed to be seen again for an impression. I stated that no one had told us anything about needing another appointment before he goes in next week to have all his teeth pulled. In a haughty voice, she said, would you like to speak to an office manager? Her attitude over the phone was really almost rude. I do expect professional attitude from people in business. Comes from having been in customer service for many years.

Not the way to run a Business. Set up an Appointment for a dental issue for the next day- they have a call center or operator that takes the appointments- spent the time on the phone giving all my info and got it set up. The person told me they would send a text with paperwork to fill out prior to the appointment- never got a text. Went over the next day for the appointment and noone was there- doors locked and no cars in the parking lot. Called the office per the instructions on the door several times- no answer. Called the operator where I made the appointment and they said they should be there- nope. Then they called the office several times with no answer. They then called their manager who called the office manager. Finally got back to me and said everyone left early due to an emergency and would not open again that day or the next. Said they would schedule me for Monday- which did not work for me- that's why I scheduled it for the day I did. Had to call a different dentist to get in the next day. Waste of my time. If you have scheduled appointments at your office you should give the courtesy of notifying us if they are canceled. Another gentleman showed up while sitting there calling other dental offices- he had an appointment too and had the same disappointment of them being closed without notice. I would rate 0 stars if it was possible without even walking through the door.

I don’t know how they did it, but Aspen Dental hired the nicest people possible. From filling out paperwork, getting X-rays, and finally scheduling my follow up I felt like a VIP.

The staff were all friendly and helpful and very professional. I had my options clearly explained and questions answered to my satisfaction. I will become a patient and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Aspen Dental

Dr. Snow and all of his staff are compassionate, caring and non judgmental. I haven’t wrote a review before but am doing so this time because, I truly appreciate everyone at Aspen Dental Pocatello office for bringing back a smile to my face and laughter into my life. I’ve been telling everyone i know about the awesome people and service. Thank you all

My wife went in for 2 exams to make a plan to get invisalign braces. They said she definitely qualified both times. So we paid almost $4000 up front. We didn't hear anything back for 3 weeks of calling. Then they said she doesn't qualify. So we asked for a refund. They said they would email some place in New York and that it would be 7-10 days. Up to this point my wife had been the one in contact with them. I call in after my wife broke down crying and didn't want to deal with it. The gal wouldn't help me, had no information, and hung up. The 10 days pass no refund. We get ahold of the office in New York, and luckily reached the only person in the office that could help us out. She said that no refund has been issued. Finally got the refund a week later.

I went in without an appointment and in sever pain. While the receptionist did not seem overly sympathetic she was efficient and able to get me in right away. I was so grateful. The hygienist was very kind and informed the Doctor when she realized I wasn’t even able to open my mouth wide enough to get adequate X-rays. The doctor was wonderful and told her we would wait on them for another day once we addressed the problem. Furthermore, he didn’t even have the hygienist poke and prod like they normally do. He knew I was in pain and very emotional so he just took a look and decided to extract. He told both the assistant and office manager that we would make a plan when I felt better. I’ll be honest, the doctor’s demeanor and voice first comes across as gruff and I thought he was going to think I was being a wimp but he didn’t at all. In fact, he said some truly wonderful and kind words to me which he didn’t have to do. He extracted the tooth, which was a real doozy btw. I don’t think they were prepared for the amount of numbing meds or the pulling it took but I really appreciate that they got taken care of. I will definitely be back and I will recommend to anyone who asks. I’m very thankful for the team that took care of me at Aspen dental in Pocatello.

My crown fell out yesterday and anyone that lives in Pocatello knows how many dentists there are. I called around so many and honestly Aspen Dental was the best all around. Not just pricing and service but in their communication with patients. I actually felt like a person and not a money sign. And as a college student this is the place to go. They actually take care of you and your needs. Good people work there! Thank you for getting me in same day and doing such great work! I’ll tell all my friends.

We had a wonderful experiance. We came in my boyfriend had a swollen face and bad tooth and they took us in within 24 hours and they prescribed medication and pulled the effected tooth and it went super quick and he is no longer in major pain. Amd the prices were so affordable!! Thank you I highly recommend

I went in for wisdom tooth pain, expecting to be referred to an oral surgeon for some later date, and to my surprise the Dr. Snow offered to take them out then and there! He and the his dental hygienists were very helpful and comforting. This is a procedure I had been putting off for 10+ years and it was so much easier and more painless than I thought. I highly recommend Aspen Dental.
