I love how everyone is very welcoming and friendly right from the start.
I called in and the Receptionist was very polite on the phone and made me feel welcome right off the bat.
I made an appointment for my stepdaughter and my boyfriend. The entire staff was so sweet and friendly.
My stepdaughter was very nervous when we walked in, but the front desk reassured her and made her laugh.
She actually had a good time joking with everyone.
Dr. Snow made my stepdaughter feel right at ease.
My boyfriend and Dr. Snow clicked right away.
Dr. Snow is very knowledgeable and down to earth. He makes you feel comfortable the entire time.
I will recommend Aspen Dental to everyone I know and interact with. I wouldn't go any where else.

The staff and Dr. Snow were really great. Polite, helpful, informative. They helped me with my loose tooth and I'm doing well. Saved us a lot of money too. The HR staff at my job failed to remind me of my insurance enrollment period. So I was without insurance...

My husband broke the front tooth from his partial last night. I called Aspen Dental and was able to get an appointment in Pocatello, Idaho which is 2 hours away each way.. I was told on the phone they had a dental lab in the store. We drove and got there, the receptionist told us that the lab was only open during the week. HOWEVER, because we had been told the wrong information and we had already driven 2 hours to get there, she called the Lab Tech in ON HIS DAY OFF, and he came in and fixed my husbands partial plate in about 1/2 hour. Great people who work there and amazing in this day and age that anyone would go out of their way for people who do not even live in the same state. THANK YOU SO MUCH ASPEN DENTAL POCATELLO IDAHO.

I had a great experience with aspen dental. I had my first appointment here a couple of weeks ago .Everyone was extremely friendly and professional .My checkup was thorough and quick .These people really care about their patients and go above and beyond to help them .

Let me first say that the staff and dentist were excellent. My hygienist was thorough and very gentle and that alone was wonderful! The reason I'm giving 3 stars is that my first appointment was a joke. I called and set up my appointment, specifically saying I wanted a teeth cleaning. When I showed up for my exam, I had three different people ask me why I was there and I said, "to get my teeth cleaned." However TWO HOURS later, after exrays, and the dentist coming in, I am then told to schedule a cleaning! What the Heck people! No mention that the first visit will only be the exrays and brief talk with a dentist. No one bothered to tell me I wouldn't be getting my teeth cleaned the same day. That's why I'm giving only 3 stars. Let's also add that I live 60 miles from town as well. I specifically came in for a cleaning. Not an exam for them to tell me I need a cleaning done. I knew that, That's why I scheduled an appointment.

Truly the nicest ppl, i could see myself bringing these guys doughnuts or something just for the hell of it. I would give these guys a thousand stars if i could. I was in major pain and they tried everything in their power to relieve me of it. I can also tell how friendly they are with each other. I got nothing but good vibes from them. Truly a great experience, i cant wait to be back there!!!

Generally my 7 year old would go to the children dentist but he wouldn't have it any other way but with Dr. Snow. He went out of his way to make him feel comfortable when I was seen that when he had a toothache he only wanted to see him. They had taken him in the same day I called and all the staff was very accommodating and gentle to calm his fear. I felt comfortable enough to sit in the waiting room and he came out with a smile. Thank you for seeing him.

The staff are very professional and easy to work with. I am usually nervous at dentist offices but this was a judge free zone. The dentist is very knowledgable, and the staff work well together without acting stuffy. I look forward to coming back and really appreciate the good service I have recieved thus far.

I can't say anything about their service as I haven't been seen yet. But as a supposed to be new patient I show up 10 minutes early to my appointment for new patient paperwork there is absolutely nobody upfront in their reception area. I waited the full ten minutes for any type of human contact and got nothing even though I shouted back into what I assume is their work area and staff area. So I ended up leaving without any contact from anyone.

I love the detailed and individually catered exam with state of the art technology! As a graduate student, I have been looking for a dentist without having insurance. Aspen Dental hooked me up with a free initial exam and offered me a great price on specifically recommended care . I can't wait for my teeth cleaning!
