Aspen Dental

I paid $2000 for a root canal, and the dentist didn't do a good job, he missed a nerve. The tooth became infected, and I had to dish out another 1000 for a 2nd root canal on the same tooth. I gave Aspen the benefit of the doubt, and had my teeth cleaned here. After, I asked how much I owed for the work and was told I had a credit. At first I thought this was great news, but 6 months later, I get a collections letter and these clowns dinged my credit. Aspen has given me a very poor, and expensive, experience and I will never recommend them again.

Hands down the BEST experience I've ever had! From the time I called with my concerns to the moment I walked out of the door I felt like I was among friends. The receptionist I talked to was very sympathetic towards my concerns. I was very upset because what was going on with my mouth (this was my first time seeing this office) and she was so patient and kind with me. They were able to get me in within a week! The gal that did my x rays was also very courteous. They can be super uncomfortable and she was very quick and efficient with the job she did. She also expressed sympathy for the concerns that I had about my mouth the whole time I was with her. Dr. Snow was just awesome. I was able to give him the history of what was going on without him rushing or seeming annoyed. He didn't have that arrogance that sometimes dentists / ortho personnel have. He didn't try to push anything and he was very informative what was going on. Even discussing my bill was enjoyable LOL. Sadly, my insurance isn't covered with them but I'm going in for a cleaning because the experience was amazing.

Everyone that works here was super friendly an took good care of me. Really enjoyed the visit!

This location has the BEST hygienists I’ve ever worked with. Stephanie is always a wonder and treat when I come in, and she never makes me uncomfortable. Taylor is sweet and so very friendly-She made me feel like an old friend, which made my cleaning a breeze. Dr. Snow is awesome-answers all questions, calms all fears, and is very patient. Highly recommend!

Dr Snow is a great dentist. Very patient with both me and my kids. My kids love the goodies the staff leaves out for the patients. Office manager is new, but appears to be a good addition to the practice. She was very accommodating to some of my families needs. Staff here is much better than my old dentist. They are more family oriented than I would have guessed! I highly recommend Dr. Snow and his practice. 5 stars all the way!!

Everyone is so nice. Dr. Snow is very knowledgeable. Natalie explains the benefits of their programs that they offer so that you can understand it. Stacey was great getting my impressions done. She was more than helpful and listened to what my concerns were and making sure that I will get what I want when it comes to my dentures. I look forward to my next visit and my new smile.

Dr. Snow at Aspen Dental was amazing! The entire staff is caring and attentive, and Dr. Snow's prowess in dentistry is second to none!

The only downside to this dental office is being reminded that I'll never be able to grow a beard as legendary as his.

I had worn the same dentures for years. I was concerned about the cost etc. At Aspen the cost was reasonable, the individuals who work there were very helpful, everything was done in a detailed way and most importantly my dentures are not only attractive but functional. I'm very pleased.

The staff at aspen so far has been amazing, went from consult to a plan and in full dentures in about 2 weeks. Everyone there treated me with respect and the utmost courtesy. The procedure while understandably painful was handled with care. Looking forward to have my new teeth fit and not having to stress about any of it. :)

PS after some complications the staff has impressed me even more fitting me in for an emergency check.
