Update- 5/5/21 - Always a great experience. Treated like family. Great cleaning, great atmosphere.
Just had a cleaning and exam here - we are looking for a new dentist . The office is advanced, I would say latest techniques and equipment. I was treated well, the hygienist did a great job. I liked the dentist who I just met for a brief exam. He has a solid history, has been in that location for over 30 yrs. they told me and he is advanced enough to be practicing the latest techniques- implants. I want that option in years to come if I ever need it. They are not participating providers of local 1035. I was disappointed to hear that. For you 1035ers you know that means no group pricing so you pay the difference. I recognise for some expertise we have to expect to pay more. I would use them again. Im waiting to hear what our union has to say. All in all a good experience.
9/4/19 Just had a temporary crown done. Permanent in 4 weeks. Excellent job. Very happy will Dr. Shah and technician Michael. Very professional and painless.
11/4/20 This is the place to maintain your smile or have something repaired. Always treated with friendly respect. Great cleaning and exam. It doesn't get any better. Thank you team - good job!

Had an appointment for teeth cleaning and to have a small piece of a retainer removed. I had asked on two previous visits to get the piece of retainer removed with no success. Finally got it quoted at $42 . Had my teeth cleaned and they used the water pic which I found to be uncomfortable. Not a big deal. After the cleaning I waited for 25 minutes to have the retainer removed. I had their newest doctor do the procedure. Very evident she was inexperienced and not all that confident of what to do. Once she figured out what she was going to do the procedure took around 5 minutes. I go to the desk to pay and they hit me for$100. I asked why and they gave me the co pay excuse. I said it was quoted at. $42 but it didn't matter. Total time for teeth cleaning and a 5 minute procedure was one hour and 55 minutes.Suppose I should look for a different dentist.

Great experience! After years if neglected teeth, Dr. Shah fixed me right up! 8 teeth pulled (4 wisdom, 4 molars) and NO PAIN following. Would recommend and go back any day!
