By far the best around. My own dentist couldn't get me in for a month and Dr. Wickenhauser had me in that day and out in less than 30minutes. I have now switched my entire family to Dr wickenhauser because of this. Plus they are incredibly nice and polite unlike the lady that does the billing at innovative. Rude and money hungry at innovative.

Very excited to find another dentist that puts care and quality first. My dentist retired and another dentist replaced him. I was not happy with care or quality of work that was done and in less that 2 years I found myself having to have the work done all over again. Thanks you all for doing such a wonderful job!!!

I was very nervous and had a very bad tooth. Everyone was nice and patient with me. The atmosphere was happy. I definitely recommend going to him. It says alot because I'm terrified of dentists. I'm healing very well. Thank you

Very friendly staff! Dr is caring and explains everything! My 8 yr old had an emergency and they took care of us, when we left my son said, "can we start gping to this dentist? He didnt hurt me with the injection and they were nice !"

No worries going to this dentist. The atmosphere is friendly and workers are courteous and very sensitive to your needs. While at the same time they are quick and efficient. They get you in and get you out with very little waiting time. No double booking going on here 😁

To say I am highly disappointed in the lack of professionalism displayed at this office is an under statement.

As a new patient, the dentist recommended an overnight mouth guard to prevent further gum receding. I came in the next week to be fitted. Three weeks later, no word from the dentist office, despite being told my guard would be done within one week. After calling myself to question about the mouth guard I was told it would be ready the next day.

Upon my arrival, a woman brought my guard into the waiting room, showed me the mold (which was broken), and had me quickly try it on for fit with no formal examination. She then left without any instruction or advice regarding wear and care. I exited the building however, feeling uncomfortable that I had paid money for something I had no knowledge of, was broken, and hurt my teeth, I came back and expressed my concerns to the receptionist, who was very kind and receptive. The original lady (who was with a patient) came back to the waiting room to speak with me. When I expressed my concerns, she began raising her voice, speaking to me in a loud, condescending tone. I was told she is very busy and has limited time to create these guards. After giving an excuse for breaking the mold (which cost $150), I explained to her that the guard hurt my mouth and she then told me “it was normal to feel discomfort and to ease myself into wearing the guard over a short period of time.” I told her that no one has told me that and then she snapped at me and said “I’ve already seen 20 patients today and I don’t remember everything.”

After the awkward conversation, the receptionist refunded me my money and scheduled another appointment. All of this could have avoided if there was even a tiny bit of professionalism on their end.

I would not recommend this dentist based on how they treat their customers. I work in the healthcare industry and would not have a job if I treated my patients the way I was treated.

To recap, they were weeks late on completing my mouth guard without any notices or updates. Upon arrival, I had to try on the guard in the receptionist area (with my broken mold) and was left there without any instruction or advice for wear and care. When I brought this to their attention I was treated with a rude and condescending tone. These are not qualities I desire in a healthcare professional.

When I go in to Dr. Wickenhauser's office, I never have to wait long or at all. I am actually afraid of the dentist and after telling them that, they make me feel comfortable and muster a laugh or two out of me as well. My dental work always looks nice with no issues afterwards. That is why I always go back.

Dr. Wickenhauser is the best ,friendliest and most gentle dentist I have ever been to. His assistant and dental hygienist are also. I look forward to my visits, rather than dreading them. Thank you for the care you all give me.

Dr. Wickenhauser has a great, friendly, professional staff. They do great work with my whole family. My son actually looks forward to going to the dentist!

Absolutely the best dentist! Alan, June, & Amy are always so kind. When your anxiety is high they help put your mind at ease. I know a lot of people hate going to the dentist, because of pain, let me reassure you, no pain during the visit at all. I had a back tooth pulled, I was in and out within 30 mins!
