Polished - A Dental Studio

Loved them!! Had wire braces for 2 years. They were always on time, knowledgeable, and super fast with all my appointments. Dr. Wiseman is awesome!! My teeth look amazing, and it was the most affordable place I found in a very long search.

I came here to get a quote for adult braces, because I know they are expensive, and you can only save so much money with a FSA account at work. I got quotes from a handful of dentists with the best ratings on Google around the Lakeview neighborhood. These guys were almost $1,000 dollars higher than everybody else!

What's worse, is that they tried to nickel and dime their patients. Inside the practice they had a sign that said they were charging an extra $10 to every patient for every visit due to COVID.

Everyone is struggling during this time, and I get it. But Dentists are among the highest paid occupations in this country -- so it's tough to see them nickel and dime people at a time like this.

Dr Kevin Wiseman and staff exceeded expectations through my Invisalign treatment. I do recommend researching Invisalign treatments a bit on your own to understand the day to day commitment, but they do an amazing job! My visit with them after treatment was amazing, and it’s obviously Dr Wiseman takes pride in his work and makes sure it’s perfection.

I have been to several places around the Lakeview area, and I have to say that Dr. Desai and her team have been able to deliver. They won't suggest outrageous cleanings or treatments if they are not needed. The cleaning went quick and smooth, yes, she will tell you to floss! They will take the extra step to make sure that the job is well done! Her assistant took the time to fix something done by my former dentist. In and out, no outrageous fees or treatments, and they are quite friendly!

Polished is a very fitting name for this dental studio. The office is clean and welcoming. The staff is friendly and professional. I highly recommend Polished, especially if you're nervous about going to the dentist.

Omg I had the most awesome experience ever!!!! I don't do reviews but I had to for this clinic..:) I HIGHLY recommend this dentist office to anyone, place was clean, up to date with their tools (very clean) staff was very professional 100% satisfied.! I needed a root canal and deep cleaning all at once I just knew I had to make multiple appointments to get this done AND I DIDN'T!!! They are very affordable I also just knew I was about to sell my left kidney just to pay for all this and they shocked the hell outta me! I felt no pain during my procedure Dr G and Dr Jin saved my tooth I was in that much pain I didn't care just get it out my face!! But an extraction is not always the best way to go especially when your young:) they really made me feel at ease they were very knowledgeable and professional:) 5 star dentist office!;) oh and they was very quick no wait time at all😁👌🏾

I've been going here for a few years, but felt compelled to write a review recently.

I hated to be "that guy" who takes a newborn in a car seat to his appointment, but had no other viable options that specific morning. Dr Desai, the hygienists, and front desk folks could not have been more helpful and understanding. They made what should have been a stressful situation into one that was cozy and comfortable. As I was having my new crown placed, they comforted my daughter when she fussed. I wanted to give them hugs on my way out.

That was just one visit, but indicative of the kind of experience I'm used to at the office. Their professionalism is second to none. I also like that they all have a sense of humor. It makes the appointments go by a little quicker.

I could not recommend this office highly enough! The doctor , and everyone on the team are first class. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top notch care!

I am feeling so grateful to have found such a great dentist in Dr. Desai. I needed some serious work done right before my brother's wedding, and she fit me in to improve my smile right away. I had put off going to the dentist way too long due to some embarrassment about my poor eating habits, but I didn't feel judged in any way. She and her staff put me at ease during all of the work, and I even got to listen to some great music and watch "Finding Nemo" during some of it. We are still in the process of working on all of my dental issues, and she has even answered the phone to reassure me at a time when the office was closed (which is rare because they are open 7 days a week!). The office is nice and in a great location. They were willing to work with me as far as finances go too. I look forward to going in now because I always look and feel better when I leave!

We have followed Dr. Desai from practice to practice until she opened up her own location in Lakeview. She is incredibly professional, respected and friendly - someone we have trusted to call on for any dental issues or just minor cleanings. The studio space is gorgeous and always well kept and for being on Belmont Parking has never been an issue. Highly recommended!
