I had a wonderful experience. I broke a tooth went in as an emergency new patient and they no only accommodated me, but fixed three of my teeth the same day!! The Dentist is wonderful as well as his assistant and the entire staff. I would highly recommend this office.

Great place! Very friendly, quick scheduling, and painless procedures. Never had an issue with insurance, co-pays, etc. They provided a great reference for a root canal. That root canal was the most painless dental procedure I've ever had done.

All the staff provide service over and above what's expected. The doctor is busy but you never feel rushed and he takes the time to talk and make sure all is well or to address concerns. I would highly recommend patronizing Sunset Hills Family Dental where you are treated like a person and not a number.

Scheduled a visit for severe discomfort from a prior extraction and was vocal about the reason for my visit with staff. Dr. Williams started off by recommending I remove and replace all of my fillings (none of which are bothering me). This is a common practice of crooked dentists looking for an easy cash cow. I had to interrupt Dr. Williams and respectfully asked for the initial reason for my visit be addressed, to which he seemed very annoyed. He offered to prescribe an antibiotic, but did not confirm infection and said his office would be unable to help me and I should see an oral surgeon instead.
I’d paid for an exam, cleaning and X-rays and it seemed that after declining the unnecessary replacement of my fillings, the staff members were less than thrilled to fulfill the cleaning. I requested that the cleaning service was completed (as it was already paid for) and it was the quickest, least thorough cleaning I’ve ever received. While the plaque scraping was very intense and painful, the modality used to actually polish teeth was quickly brushed across my teeth and was done in less than 90 seconds.

Absolutely the worst experience for my 16 year old daughter. She was shamed by the hygienist for not seeing a dentist for over a year.. having cavities and her single, working mom not being at the appointment when the receptionist assured me that it would be fine for her to come in without me. She left nearly in tears after her cleaning.
