Waste of time, money, an misleading. Was told open 24/7 for a emergency, which I have, still had to wait a week. Also told me they couldn't do nothing about my problem that they would need to make a new appointment to remove the tooth I needed. Quote I don't live in Illinois. 80 bucks just for them to take a x-ray I had to bite down. Equipment outdated the staff is not Friendly most was very rude. Could have went else where got tooth removed same day smh

Clean and tidy waiting room, the two ladies at the front desk were polite and knowledgeable.
Waiting time was from 10 to 15 minutes before I was walked back to a exam room. Dr. was able to give me several different options and he explained each one very thorough.

The front office staff is always polite, smiling and helpful. The dental assistants are very professional and caring....then we have Dr. Charles William's. He's in a league of his own...A super guy who can handle anyone in the dental chair... Especially a crazy patient like me...Thank you for the great services you've provided me. I had a great first time experience. Embarrassing as it is, I hadn't been to the dentist in several years (other than a couple major procedures) Stephanie the hygienist was sweet and made me feel very comfortable despite my dental anxiety. I waited over a month to get my first appointment but I see why after going for the first time.. doctor is also nice and laid back, office staff is very friendly as well. I would definitely recommend Sunset Hills Dental to my family and friends.

Today was my first visit. From the moment I walked into the office until the moment I left , the staff and Dr. was friendly , professional, and very informative. My dental hygienist was Stephanie. She was amazing. She would check in on me to make sure I was comfortable and if I had questions. The dentist was great as well. I will definitely be coming back.
