This place is a scam. I went here because they were in my dental plan and that was a big mistake. I scheduled a routine cleaning, x-rays, etc. I had to pay my co-pay and thought that was it, I was way wrong. I received a letter from the dental insurance company explaining they weren't going to cover the "root scraping" that Sunset Dental claimed they did on me. I never received a root scraping from them, and the x-rays showed it wasn't necessary. Needless to say I was sent to collections and had to pay out of pocket $300 and some change. I now pay $500 cash for my entire family (5) total to have their teeth cleaned.
