I went for check up that was supposed to be scheduled with my primary dentist (Dr. Sussan) on New Years Eve. I was told she’s not in and another doctor is in her place. I said oh I wasn’t told of that change. The hygienist then responded with, “since your making a problem of it you can reschedule your appointment.” She cleaned my teeth, then the filling in dentist (Dr. Aswath) stood behind me silent then never introduced himself or acknowledged he was filling in, looked at my teeth, stared at me for 2-3 minutes in silence then left. I told hygienist to sit and watch how he will treat my son who was after me. He did the same exact thing. We don’t even know what’s the status of our teeth or when we need to return. We left not even given any complimentary toothbrush/toothpaste.
I don’t feel we were respected nor valued patients. Even if your having a bad day, that doesn’t entitle you to treat people, especially your patients, like this. I don’t feel welcomed to return. I really hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

MORE to add to my bad recommendation not only did they let me walk out knowing i have an infection and not prescribing antibiotics when i went back in to get the owners name for my lawyer they called the cops on me...for asking for their names for my attorney cause its highly illegal for anyone with a dental or medical license to know someone has an infection and does nothing about it therefore if something happens to me it falls on them for not treating it. This place is horrible even the cops said they should be writing antibiotics and painkillers regardless of what im allergic to. My attorney will def have fun with them and that dark skinned ignorant girl at the front desk that thinks she runs the place. Very ignorant!

Staff very friendly I’ve been coming almost 5-6 yrs now I’m getting big dental work to correct my smile so fingers crossed I love it.. so far no pain and the doctor makes me feel very comfortable.. we shall see next week the outcome 🤞🏽

Messed up my Crown. After 4 months another dentist I go 2 for cleanings noticed a gap from an Xray of it. Crown has 2 be redone again. If they did xrays to check their work b4 putting in Permant cement this wouldn't have happened. On top of that they left cement on that tooth (luckily it's gone now).
Also as other reviews said the staff is rude. Not the dentists, but the receptionist. Sloppy work, very lazy. If they took some extra time cement wouldn't have gotten on my tooth. They thought it was food (it was on the bottom. But u can TELL by the coloring it's not food). I literally had a cleaning done 3 days b4 this Crown problem. They have no filter.
Keep in mind anyone going to the Orland Park location the dentist sometimes work at the Worth location 2. So this is a BRANCH PROBLEM.

Dr. Asfoor is very nice, professional and was very good at extracting my tooth, I could not feel a thing. The lady at the reception was so nice and friendly when made my next appointment. The environment was exceptional and calm.
