This was me and my three children's dentist. My children loved Dr. Talor and I loved Dr. Taylor for my children. Recently I agreed to have a cavity repaired. I had an appointment time I was on time for. I was taken back to a room on time. I was given shots of novocaine in my gums on time. After 40 minutes of waiting (time I had taken off work) Dr. Taylor appears from a dental surgery that was scheduled at the last minute according to him. He begins drilling on my tooth which of course is no longer numb. Of course it hurts. Of course I'm mad and upset. We end the 1 1/2 hour visit for a cavity repair being free of charge....That was the beginning of September. Today mid-november I receive a letter from Dr. Taylor dropping me and my children from his practice. All I can say is WOW! What has the healthcare industry come to. He screwed up and me and my children get screwed...Thank you Dr. Taylor for giving good people one more reason not to trust medical professionals.

I had a very good experience with this office. I went in for the cleaning and removal of erupted tooth and the whole experience was very good and Dr. Taler did a great job. I had some questions where I had paid them extra for the services and after the insurance claims they refunded my money. I would recommend them to everyone.
