Family Dentistry & Aesthetics

I’m in town for a few months for work and was due for my cleaning. Family Denistry was able to squeeze me in quickly and their New Patient exam was super thorough. Everyone was very kind. They were very knowledgeable and addressed a variety of concerns I have with smile. Highly recommend.

I was deeply grateful for my dental experience here. From the time I walked in and was kindly greeted and helped by the front desk, to being taken to my consultation, the lady was so kind asking questions, to my dental hygienist who was delightful and did a wonderful job, to the woman doctor who introduced herself and made nice small discussion before checking my teeth, everything was fantastic!

Very poor front desk clerking. If you have any sort of emergency or can't afford things because you're a working class citizen be prepared for this dental office to hang up on you and handle things with thee most unprofessional manner of talking possible in the meantime. 10/10 don't recommend putting yourself through that. The dental office was great when I did come here but wow I'll never schedule with you guys again. Sorry I didn't understand the perks of in network and out of network and couldn't afford your prices before I came in and made myself look a fool. You guys are a terrible practice.

I absolutely love this dentist office! Everyone is always so nice and they genuinely care about me and my comfort. Dr. Zolnik is the absolute best. She completely fixed my TMJ with Botox and it literally changed my life. I’m 100% pain free now. Sarah, a hygienist, has always gone above and beyond for me and she’s just an absolute joy to be around. Highly recommend this place for all your dental needs and also any Botox needs.

Nicole was fantastic as usual. She is very kind and efficient and makes the experience so much better! Also Dr.Zolnick was very nice and explained everything thoroughly on my procedure. The whole office displays kindness!!

Sarah my dental hygienist was amazing! Everyone was so kind and caring and did not make me feel embarrassed at all! I switched over here from Aspen because I had heard such great things and do not regret it!!!

Excellence as usual! Just love Dr. Gilbert and every hygienist and other staff member I’ve encountered here. Extremely attentive, caring, and also respectful of my schedule. Their investment in the latest technology is fascinating and efficient. Always leave very pleased. Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!

The first few visits I had an amazing dentist, Dr. Weil. I saw him a few times and he did such amazing work and had an amazing assistant every time. Sadly he left and I have not had a good time since. I was put with a DIFFERENT dentist, while he is nice enough he was very vacant and him and his assistant bickered both times I went in. An unhealthy work relationship. I had two appointments in May. After the first one there is such a big gap between two teeth that I do not even need to floss. I have tight teeth so she had to take off so much for it to show like this... I still have pain when I chew on that side, almost 3 months later, due to food getting shoved up into my gums. When I brought it up a few weeks later at my second appointment, his assistant told me to wait it out since its still new and that my uncovered gum will 'toughen up'. She then worked on the teeth for that visit, which are still sensitive to hard foods or cold fruit 2 months later.. I have had a canker sore since that appointment, along with recurring sores on the sides on my mouth. Due to dirty tools. I will not be returning. I am not going to spend more money to have my mouth even worse than when I came in.

Today, 8/2, I received a bill in the mail that had the due date of 7/31. I called and spoke with a woman named Terry. Nice and friendly until I asked her what the charges were from. Her attitude changed, she immediately got short, snippy, wouldn't let me speak, and kept telling me to 'do the math'. I am pretty sure she was the same woman that checked me out the last time I was there and I didn't have a good feeling about her then too. She was sitting at the payment desk to the left (Katie on the right is amazing). I was overcharged my patient portion the first visit in May. Then when I paid outright the second visit in May, I was overcharged for that visit as well. It has been a headache trying to deal with this.
If you have any issues, speak with Kris. She was so friendly and completely willing to help. She also gave me the times to come in so I can get the most uninterrupted assistance/explanations for the issues with my bill.
