Dr. Teel is a true professional! When my family moved to Ft.Wayne I was very apprehensive about finding a dentist. After working in the military for 20+ years in the dental field I had heard many of horror stories about civilian dentists. With Dr. Teel and his wonderful staff, my apprehensions melted away with their integrity and willingness to listen to my concerns. Their knowledge and honesty impressed me and I knew that I had found the right dentist for my family. Recently I had to have crowns made for my back teeth and Dr. Teel allowed me to look at his work and even pick a lab technician that I know and respect make the crowns for me. These crowns were inserted with minimal adjustments and I was ecstatic with the overall outcome. From the front desk personnel to the assistants, hygienist, and dentist this is a clinic that I would recommend to people living in the Ft. Wayne area!

I have had the most positive experience with Family Dentistry, Dr Periolat and every staff member I have encountered. I admit I had been remiss in my dental care and this was complicated further upon my moving from Connecticut to Indiana 15 years ago. As the years passed the anxiety and nervousness became more and more of a wall to me. We found this wonderful practice online and as soon as I walked through the door they made me feel at ease. There was no judgement about lack of prior treatment only concern that we find the best treatment plan for my health, well being and appearance.
