I needed an appt for a broken tooth and they were able to schedule me in in 1/2 hour from my call. I am always very pleased with there friendly staff and doctors. We have been patients since they started and also prior with previous doctor. Highly recommend!!
Just finished my 6 mo cleaning and checkup with Lisa and Dr Gilbert. Always very friendly and answer all of my questions. They give good advice concerning my home dental care. Very encouraging to keep up the good work at home. Very pleased with visits and great care.

The office was exceptionally clean and focused on keeping its staff and its patients safe from COVID through consistent mask wearing and visible cleaning of common use equipment. I was worked into the schedule due to my pain level and was appreciative of them giving me the first available cancellation but was not rushed through my appointment and I left feeling like a true plan is in place for oral health. The staff was knowledgeable and compassionate. All of the care seems patient forward and prices are reasonable to encourage their goal of oral health for all.

My twin's favorite dentist's office! Dr. Weil's amazing with kids and we had a lot of work on both boys! At every appointment, he would make sure that they were comfortable and explaining everything he's doing before and as he's working on it! I get nervous with the dentist but feel at ease when we are there! All the dental assistants are just so kind and caring! Just an amazing environment!!

From the moment my children and I walked through the door we were blown away by the customer service and overall aura we experienced in this office. The front desk was welcoming and friendly. Our time was respected in that our appointments were punctual. The office manager took my dental health history privately before introducing me to Dr. Gilbert's assistant. Their thoroughness made me feel as if I was their first and one-and-only patient. Dr. Gilbert was conservative in his approach to recommendations he made for us. As a customer, it was refreshing to to be in the presence of someone who truly values his line of work (and his office staff), without placing financial gain as their #1 priority. All the latest and greatest technology was available and at their fingertips. Patient care excellence is addressed in every imaginable facet. I highly recommend this group of professionals!

Jean was very accommodating and professional. She was running behind; so one of the other professionals did my xrays so that I would not have to wait so long.
My only complaint is that the cost of cleaning and xrays was nearly $300.00. I'm retired and on a fixed income. I've been going to Family Dentistry for probably 20 years. Their prices keep rising; my income does not. I worry that at some point I'll have to stop going or find a cheaper venue--(United Health gas preferred providers that cost less.). However I like the people at Family Dentistry.
