To start, whomever that lady is at the front desk is an absolute gem. My whole experience was made so much brighter thanks to her. I have never met someone more excited to be at work. She made me feel some type of way cause she just stayed smiling. I swear she is the best.
That isn't the say the visit was all great. I got there a bit early and still had to wait nearly an hour to be seen. When I got to the back I could tell that things were a bit outdated, possibly even secondhand. This isn't a huge problem. If it works, it works.
The problem came with the exam itself. The nurse who took care of me seemed kind at first but she slowly stopped. I couldn't tell if it was because. I talked too much or of if she was just tired. Either way, she was done with me well before everything else was taken care of.
Everyone seemed brand new. From the doctor who stepped in to ask a question to the nurse who didn't know how to do the paperwork. They seemed less of a team and more so like they had all been forced together into one building. Just a lot of running around while trying to figure things out.
What made it frustrating for me is the fact that there didn't seem to be a lot of workers. Everyone had been super nice but due to a lack of workers, things were slow going. The doctor had to go and find someone to help her. Something that w have been wouldn't everywhere else. And again, when she got the help the lady didn't know what she was doing.
I think I would come here again because find everyone to be kind and helpful .

What a wonderful office. Gretchen is such a sweetheart! They have been my dentist for almost a year now and I couldn't be happier. My children had their first visit Thurs and couldn't be happier. 5 star!!!

My only observation is that it took to long to get my teeth cleaned. In my opinion I sat way too long in the lobby before getting to the actual cleaning and, I arrived about 20 minutes early. After getting to the chair, the staff were very efficient and thorough.

Ive had almost everything done to my teeth here and i will continue to go as needed as well as my children. They are nice down to earth and very good and detailed at what they do.

They did alot of aggressive work on my teeth. And Gretchen at the front desk would make appointments and write down the wrong days. Or before you could say hello talk super fast and put you on hold. Also I've had it documented and medical proof where a tool was dropped on my face. And now I have alot of nerve damage in my mouth. I also had complained and mentioned it multi times and had asked to speak to the upper management I was told they'd call me never did. But send me a letter. I would clients to come and would never get what they offered. I will be seeking law action. And appointing my family to another dentist office. I have a fraction in my nose where the tool was dropped

These ladies are amazing. From the time I walk in the door, there's such a positive vibe, and I'm treated so incredibly well. The care is phenomenal. I wouldn't hesitate to refer anyone that I know, and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for my dental care as long as I live in this area. Thanks, guys. You're awesome! :-)

I have had very bad teeth most my life over bite and later rotten teeth ever dentist I saw would max out my insurance for the year to pull just a few teeth. But a friend told me about Charlestown road dental and how good they was so I went to see for myself and I'm glad I did they pulled the last 9 teeth I had and made me a complete upper and lower set of dentures all within my insurance budget. These people are a God sent to me they have changed my whole life for the better and I am very blessed to know Dr bean and her staff they are super awesome and I highly recommend anyone that needs a dentist to go see them.
