Netter Family Dental Of New Albany

I hate to just call Dr Netter a “dentist”, because he’s so much more. Skilled, professional, personable, reasonable, with an awesome, helpful, courteous, professional staff of amazing people. Years ago, I broke a front tooth. Kind of an emergency. My own “dentist” back then, many years ago, couldn’t or wouldn’t fit me in. Dr Netter and his staff did, without knowing me or having ever seen me before, and came up with a game plan, same day, for that tooth. And that ended up being the best broken tooth ever, because I now have my forever, and only, Doctor of dentistry, that will take care of me. ‘Highly recommended” are terms thrown around a lot. Those words aren’t close to good enough. I wanted to keep him a secret, though. Lol. But he, and they, deserve this review.

This was my first time at Netter Family Dental. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and got me setup on starting some paperwork very soon after I arrived. I had one of the first appointments and had a very short wait time. My hygienist was wonderful! Friendly and talkative and she did a great job with my cleaning. Dr. Netter was just as pleasant and answered any questions that I had. Would highly recommend to those seeking a new dentist's office!

This office does high quality work and has extremely high quality folks that work there! My husband has Early Onset Alzheimer’s and they are very kind and understanding !

In the absence of my regular dentist, Netter Family Dental got me in the first thing the next day (I wasn't having any pain). The chipped tooth was repaired quickly and at a very afford price for someone on Social Security/Medicare. Thank you Jennifer and Dr. Larson.

This was my daughter’s and my very first visit. I was referred by a friend Who highly recommended him. Now I see why his office was HIGHLY recommended. We received professional and stellar service from the beginning to the end of our visit. Every staff member smiles and greets you warmly. To meet Dr. Netter was icing on the cake. When I mentioned the patient’s last name that recommended him, he knew her by first name and immediately! To me, he is a doctor who cares about and knows his patients. He was gentle with my daughter and eased her fear with patience and care. We have found our family dentist and also HIGHLY recommend Dr. Netter to others. You will not regret it.

Dr Netter is caring and patient with my children and me. Going to the dentist is not my favorite thing, but he and his staff are very caring and professional. They are also genuinely kind. My young children have always had a good experience and actually look forward to seeing the dentist!
