I have been going to New Palestine Gentle Dentist for over 15 years now and if I had to move out of state I would still come back to Dr. Paluga and her staff for my dental needs. I have never had a bad visit and they always make me feel welcome and comfortable. Other dentist have to use gas or running water to keep their patient's calm but this staff doesn't need all that. I have and always will recommend this dentist to anybody. Thanks again for the service especially Denise, Barb, Beth and the rest of the crew . 5 stars

My first visit to Dr. Sharon Paluga’s, Gentle Dentist practice during COVID-19 gets an A +. I was greeted at my car, temperature taken along with a brief health checklist then guided inside, making sure I did not touch any door handles on my way in and out. All employees are fully dressed in protective gear. Antibacterial spray was still drying on the arm rests of the chair. I was handed protective eyewear and a mouth wash to gargle to kill the germs that might be lurking. Can’t get much better than that. Rest assured Dr. Paluga’s office is well prepared when it comes to keeping patients and staff safe.

After not going to the dentist in years, I was very impressed! My past experiences were always long wait times and long dentist visits in general. My first two appointments went incredibly well. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes for a tooth filling and didn't have to wait in the waiting room at all (and I was 15 minutes early for the appointment.) The staff I was dealt with has been very accommodating and explained everything to me as it was happening. Gentle Dentist and Dr. Paluga and her staff have really made me regret not going to the dentist for as long as I have. I wish I would have gone much sooner.
