Kimball & Beecher Family Dentistry

The dentistry is exceptional but the orthodontist is the worst ‘professional’ I’ve ever come in contact with. She is rude, aggressive, and generally unkind. I won’t go into my exact interactions with her, though there have been many… but I will say that my kids hate going to her because she is so harsh (both physically and personally). She insulted my parenting and care for my children when they come to her with less than stellar oral hygiene (um, they are teenagers and we try. My gosh, we try). Or if I have a hard time matching their scheduling (I am a single mom who works full time and they are only open 8-5, Monday-Thursdays). For a medical professional, she has zero bedside manner. Her poor employees…. she scolds them in front of patients and is coldly unappreciative. We are locked into contracts and can’t leave but save yourselves!!!!

They are the best with my daughter she doesn't mind going and dont even cry unlike other places we have gone. I wish more places were like them.

I got my teeth cleaned yesterday and complained about an area where food gets trapped constantly. Today Dr. View gave me smooth fillings cosmetically matched to my teeth and they look great and solve my issue! I am very happy with them and their staff!

In an emergency, they made themselves available immediately to get my loose crown fixed. I was so relieved to get it fixed quickly and I was impressed by the whole experience! From the first phone call, to Michelle who kept me informed about every step in the process to the amazing Dentist that put me back together, to all the new technology and creature comforts,, the experience was A+.

I had a severe tooth ach, and they got me in for an on the spot root canal right away! Not only that, but it was so much easier than I expected. I had never even had a cavity before, so I expected torture, but it was actually pretty painless! These guys are awesome!

I think this will be the first dentist I visit every 6 months, as recommended. Staff was very kind and accommodating for my dental anxiety. The game changer for me though was the lack of shaming. As someone who struggles with executive dysfunction, every visit to the dentist came with a brief but very uncomfortable (and sometimes condescending) lecture about my oral hygiene. It was humiliating and made visits so much harder; but today, my dental hygienist (Sam) was extremely kind and understanding. She didnt lecture me about brushing and flossing daily. She didnt comment on the state of my teeth. She didn't make me feel badly for struggling so much. I know it seems small, but it really means the world to me.

I will definitely be recommending this office to others, especially those who wrestle with dental anxiety ❤️ thank you so much

My dental hygienist Amanda (I believe) was amazing and it was my best experience with the dentist ever. I am so appreciative of the level of care Kimball and Beecher have with their patients and will be returning for the foreseeable future!!

I had Dr Vore, with Michelle assisting, help me after breaking a tooth and getting me prepped for a permanent crown. They did an amazing job, working as a team with no discomfort, to efficiently have a temporary crown in place and a permanent crown ordered. I was very happy with my experience at the Cedar Falls location of Kimball and Beecher and would highly recommend them!

For someone with anxiety and ptsd. I have a very tough time dealing with dentists. The dentist and staff at Kimball & Beecher are very professional and sympathetic to my condition. They did a wonderful job.
