Dr. Vore is very professional and efficient. Additionally, all the dentistry staff always does a great job. The secretary can be very rude on the phone. The online bill pay wasn't showing my statements. I wanted to pay over the phone but she said, "we will just send it in the mail," and then she hung up. This is not the first time I encountered this unprofessionalism by the front staff either.

"We do not cater to your type" They don't take medicaid. I love how they told me that. I am a low income student, getting my bachelors degree in a few months, also a single parent of an autistic child. I am glad to know their politics of not being friendly to those who they deem as lessor than them.

Went in for a root canal on March 7. For weeks afterwards, had intense pain. They told me that it was my bite was off from the crown they put in, and adjusted it. Each time I told them it still didn't feel right, they would adjust it and I was told "give it a week and see how it feels." I went back every week and the same thing. Two months of this; then in the beginning of May Dr. Vore told me that if I came back in she wouldn't adjust my bite anymore, she would refer me to an orthodontist. I was told to give my teeth some time to adjust and that some of the teeth have to absorb the pressure of my bite. On this visit she walked out of the room while I was in tears of frustration in the chair.
I waited a month and yesterday went back with all the same issues. Bite feels awkward, painful to chew in the same area, etc. They decided to take X-rays again and I was told that my tooth that was perfectly fine 3 months ago, until they put a crown in, the tooth that I've been complaining about persistently for three months now also needs a root canal.
I am beyond frustrated that I was made to feel like I was crazy for having pain after my initial root canal. I don't feel like anyone in the office ever took my pain seriously or actually took the time to listen to my concerns. I feel that this problem could have been caught much earlier and saved me three months of weekly dentist visits and pain that wakes me up at night.
We never had problems before this, but my family and I will be finding a new place for oral care.

I have about 6 root canals. out of all 6, the only one starting to hurt after just ONE YEAR is the one I did at Kimball & beecher . The rest of my root canals are 3-4 years old and they are just fine but none of them cost as much as Kimball & Beecher. They also made a mistake overcharging me at the time. I question their professionalism and quality. Never coming back here again, and neither should you.
