The front desk was friendly and my dental assistant Natalia(?) was really great. This review is geared towards Dr. Matt or Dr. S.

I was told that my oral health is great prior to meeting him. Maybe a cavity or two in the near future but nothing urgent. When dr. Matt came into the room the first thing he tells me is that I need a crown and I have a cavity. He was pushing for me the get a crown done that day for a cavity. He is very pushy, salesy and unprofessional. As a patient, I didn’t feel that he wanted to educate me on oral health. When I asked questions, his responses were subpar. I would not trust him to do any work on my teeth. This was the most uncomfortable experience I’ve had with a doctor.

He did the same thing with my fiancé - pushing him to get crowns done to take care of a cavity, not explaining anything, getting offended because we want to think about this, etc.

This was a good visit. Everyone was professional and polite . I will come back again

Service is great, unfortunately they sent me a coupon for 100 dollars off a crown and after they process it through the insurance company turns out they get half the coupons value......I'm the one that needs the break, not those clowns!! I was feeling good about getting a break with the coupon, and finally justified spending the money (my insurance sucks) and then instead of the coupon comming off my portion of the bill they took it off the top and we essentially split the coupon.....next time just send the coupon to delta dentals house not mine.....

I have had issues with several teeth and called Seasons Dental. The office staff are wonderful. The front staff friendly, as are the staff that perform the dental duties. I am retired with Medicare, and Medicare does not cover dental. I went in, they saw what was needed and went over costs and options that would work for me. I was able to get all work done and am extremely satisfied.

When I called around to schedule a dental appointment I asked before scheduling if they can take amerigroup insurance. I was told they could I scheduled an appointment for a teeth cleaning.

They rescheduled due to bad weather and it was scheduled the Monday after I was having a tubal ligation surgery (three incisions in my abdomen and tubes removed). I arrived at the appointment to be told they cannot take my insurance.

Waste of time, waste of energy, they clearly did not know who they do and do not accept for insurance otherwise why would they have said yes when I originally scheduled the appointment? Do not suggest this dentist to anyone.

Dr. O and his staff are awesome to work with. All of them are very nice.

My regular Dentist left the practice and I was not told before my appointment today that she had left. Today’s appointment was suppose to be to days earlier but when I arrive they told me my Dentist had called in sick and said I received a phone call about this, I checked the number they had for me and it was correct, no one called me that morning. I will be looking for a new Dentist office.

I have never experienced such poor bedside manner. The dentist, Dr. Singh was to evaluate my sore tooth and treat accordingly. I have anxiety during dental procedures and checked all those boxes on my paperwork and also let the secretary, hygienist, and the dentist even know. Dr. S didn't do anything to help my anxiety- when she went to pull my tooth she told me I needed to know the difference between pressure and pain- she stabbed the number area with her tool (which I did not feel really obviously) and said "this is pressure" and then stabbed my un medicated gums with the same hook and said "this is pain, now do you know the difference?!" My eyes teared up and I said ouch and she then attempted to yank my tooth from my jaw when I made it obvious I was uncomfortable. I did get her to stop and requested a referral to a oral surgeon. That appointment wasn't for over 6 hours later and once my novocaine wore off while at home my tooth was soooo much more sore than my original toothache that all I could do was sit and cry. Luckily the oral surgeon and his dental assistants took great care of me and had true concern for my comfort. I wouldn't take my worst enemy to Dr Singh and I'm not sure how she is even allowed to practice dentistry with that type of attitude towards her patients- if you need anything more than a cleaning you're better off elsewhere. No wonder the initial exam and x-rays were only $1!!!

It's always hard to find a good dentist so when you find one you hold on to them for life, well I found my dentist for life at Seasons Family Dental
All of them there were nice, caring, patient with me. Very knowledgeable not to mention how clean they are.
