I was at work and my crown fell off. The receptionist got me in at the time I would get there with driving time. The dentist didn’t have to reshape or numb anything. DDS Sieverding was able to use the cement to fill in margins with the crown and smooth/ shape the outer areas.
He was very nice and made sure I was comfortable before doing anything. He also let me know when sensitivity would happen due to the exposed area from under the crown.

Awesome staff and great atmosphere!! I had a filling fixed and my experience was so great that I'll be back for any oral health needs. Dr. Sieverding and his lovley assistant Lisa took great care of my visit that I had no worries at all! They even have a TV for you to watch while they are doing their tooth magic!

I had a great experience with Seasons Family Dental. The staff was very friendly and talked to me in way I understood. I enjoyed my visit to the dentist and that’s not something you can always say.

Thank you all for being such an amazing Team! The Front Desk Woman on my first Day was able to help me with my insurance. I had brought the wrong card. Natalie was so sweet and welcoming. She prepared me and educated me on my 1st day. My 2nd Day I had a root Canal. Dr S. and Asia (sorry if I spelled it wrong) completed my Root Canal. I appreciate you all for your knowledge, and taking great care. I even got a Follow Up call! Now that is great Service! I look forward to getting my teeth in better health.

The only dental office I will go to. They ALWAYS explain what's going on before it happens and how much it will cost. Dr. Matt is so kind and caring and he knows what he is doing. I feel they take the time to listen to concerns but the appointments are concise without compromising quality.

I decided to try Seasons as they offered a coupon for cleaning and x-rays. The hygienist performed the most painful periodontal probing (measuring) I have ever experienced. Very fast and hard pressure. They stated that I had periodontal disease and pushed for me to schedule a deep periodontal cleaning which would require being put under anesthesia. I’ve never had gum disease and have always been told by dentists that I have healthy gums. I declined the cleaning and got a second opinion from my regular dentist. They performed a much gentler probing. They didn’t conclude that I had periodontal disease and said the deep cleaning was not necessary.

The staff is nice but I had to get numbed up three times because they messed up injecting the right spot the first two times. Then I was quoted a price for care then was almost charged a higher amount when leaving. I called back and they corrected it but I shouldn’t have to call back to make sure it was ran through and annotated correctly. Good behaviors but skill sets need to be better from the front of house to the back of house operations.

This place is a joke. I've been trying to get my permanent plate done by these guys for 18 months now. At this point it is going to be eft up to the lawyers as my insurance company and I paid for all of this 18 months ago. And then threaten to call the police on me because this man knows nothing about running a business! Save yourself problems, go somewhere else, anywhere else. Completely unprofessional!! See you in court. If i could give zero stars i would, this place has been a problem since day one!!

I haven't been to dentist in 5 years so I was a bit apprehensive and I'm 70 yrs old. The appt. couldn't have gone better. Extremely professional group of people. My hygienist was incredible. I highly recommend this office
