'Not known for my brevity, I will attempt to be more succint here. The Dental Center is simply 'GREAT'! The Cubs World Series GREAT!! 'Progressive, state-of-the-art facility-'runs like a grand slam, efficient, yet personable, I LOVE my dental center-From my dentist, Chris Haganman to all personnel! I'm a fan and they're my favorite 'team'...Oh, I'm still a bit fired up about the World Series of the century, it would seem, but the analogy is accurate...Except the Dental Center hasn't had to wait for a century to be champions! 'My dentist for years past and as long as they'll take me! I even get a box seat!

Going to the dentist can be stressful but the staff at the Dental Center is great. From asking the patient what type of music they prefer to the vibrating chair to help you relax they really they really want you as comfortable as possible. Dr.Haganman is AMAZING!! I had veneers put on in Florida by a well known dentist that ended up looking horrible! Chris took off all of my old veneers and put a whole new set on making them completely flawless and custom to my smile. Not only was Dr. Haganman wonderful but his assistant Sarah took the time and effort to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted when making my veneers. The Dental Center gave me a movie star smile and I recommend them to anyone looking to get veneers or dental work. Did I mention we drive all the way from Des Moines? Well worth the drive!

Chris Haganman DDS, MS is absolutely spectacular to work with! My fiancé experienced a chip in his front tooth just a month prior to our wedding. Chris did everything he could to get him in quickly and timely to ensure he was wedding day ready! Amazing hygienists and assistants to work with as well! Everyone is super friendly. Not to mention their attention to detail! My fiance’s teeth look better than they did prior to it chipping! Couldn’t be happier and will be coming back!

Very sad to say that after sincerely trusting CR Dental Center for 9 years, we have now decided that our family would no longer going to there for any dental care or work. More than 3 times throughout our 9 years we were told by the staffs that our annual ex rays would be covered by our insurance. But, a couple weeks later our family of four would have an out of pocket additional balances. Yes, I bought them up each time.
Recently I had a crown put on an unfinished implant. The crown supposedly is made at the location with the state of the art technology; but, it does Not placed properly in my mouth. They never ask to see how satisfy the thousands of dollars job fit but instead I received, an extra, additional, already, out of pocket statement. The office manager and I have established a payment plan for the uncovered cost of an abutment and crown. In which I have been faithfully making payment each month since January 2018. .... No, no more of this sort of neglect; basically lies!
