Hard up-sell. Wasn't sure if I wanted to do the Periodontal treatment(which I could hear everyone around me being told they have it). Insurance was barely covering it, so I wanted to wait. Dr Rubel stated that's like getting cancer and telling the cancer doctor you want to wait on treatment. That comment bothered me and listening to everyone around me being told they have it just didn't feel right.
