My family and I love the Family Dental Center so much that we still go there for our dental needs after moving out of town. Dr. Chad and his team are incredible! Another wonderful experience but this went above and beyond. Our son was experiencing pain in his mouth. On a Friday, a day that the office is closed, Dr. Gugliano met us at the office and determined our son needed 2 teeth pulled. Dr. Gugliano also was in contact over the weekend making sure our son was doing ok. We got in Monday morning and the procedure was done. Mind you this was a holiday weekend. I have only ever gone here and it has always been wonderful, but this experience stepped it up even more for our family. Thanks again!

I have gone to this clinic since I was a kid, and the service has remained high quality the whole time. The staff is friendly and always professional. The care is patient-centered, and I feel is always top-notch. They do a great job with patient education and teach me how to take care of my teeth on my own, always involving me in the plan of action. Any invasive procedures (like removing a tooth, ugh!) have been well-explained which helps with any associated anxiety. Very high quality hygienists (shoutout to Lindsey) as well as great dentists (Dr. Gugliano is great.) The front staff is also helpful and professional always. Highly recommended.

I have be going to the same hygienist for nearly 20 years and always request her every time I have work done. Since much of my time here is with her and she is so understanding and calm, it makes the experience easier. The location has highly trained and competent staff at all levels where everyone is friendly and accommodating. My children get both their dental and orthodontic care in the same building by staff who listen carefully to our concerns and explain what and why they are wanting or needing to do procedures. I always feel well informed to make decisions that are best for our family’s dental heath and our bottom line (coats). This place is a bunch of professionals who are excellent at their job with a caring side that is comforting.

Our hygienist, Amy Cassidy, is phenomenal. She truly knows us! She knows our comforts and quirks and always makes our appointments easy! Extremely knowledgeable and superb at what she does. Dr.Chad Hanneman is always gentle, relaxed and provides superior dental care and treatments! He always shares his opinions and ideas on a treatment plan but ultimately leaves the decision in his patient's hands. He never pushes services or treatments on his patients. Additionally, he offers great dental education in taking care of your oral health.

Place is amazing!! My kids don’t care for the dentist but they came out way happier then when they went in. Dr. Gugliano put Peter Pan on for my daughter while doing her filling and sang all the tunes( impressive). I dropped them off at 8 and did some work on my computer in the parking lot and they were both out in 40min. This place has all the qualities of a great dentist. Fast, friendly and quality work with a smile!! Would recommend to anyone!!!

I have been a patient for many years. The care and quality is off the charts! I'm close to 65 and would never want to go to another center. I have been fortunate to have Dr, Gilbaugh and now Dr. Hanneman as my dentists. They are the best. I also have to mention that the entire staff is simply the friendliest,most considerate team with the upmost professionalism. Their work is also second to none!

We have been going to The Family Dental Center for many years. The whole experience is very welcoming and friendly - from the office staff, hygienists and doctors. They were great with my boys when they were little and are wonderful to work with in orthodontics now too! Marcia and Chrissa are both fantastic hygienists and Dr. Chad and Dr. Dawn (as the boys call them) are great. They take time to answer any questions you and your kids have. I highly recommend!

I love this clinic so much. I started going here as a student at the University, and now still drive back to Coralville from Des Moines because there is no dental team in Iowa that I would rather work with. I go for both hygiene and orthodontics. Dr. Dawn is the best orthodontist I have ever had - and I'm nearly 30 with quite a unique mouth so I've seen lots of doctors. 10/10 would recommend!!
