The waiting area is nice with snacks and drinks available to all. Dr. Dague and staff are always welcoming. They all take the time to answer any questions and keep you informed about your treatment and treatment options. Would refer anyone and everyone to this office. Keep up the good work!

I will never go back! After 3 months, my teeth and gums still hurt from the work they did on my mouth. I went to another dentist who says all the work will need to be re-done. I called this place back to tell them and Sarah who was nice to begin with, turned very mean and turned it back on me, saying it was my fault for not coming back to them and going to another dentist. I then ask about the balance due and she says I'll go to collection if it isn't paid. I asked how they could do that, when the work wasnt done right and she said I was harassing her with questions. I'm amazed at the lack of customer care. I've already paid well over $1000 out of pocket, not to mention what my insurance paid, for work I have to have re-done?

Roses are reds; violets are blue; if you’re looking for a dentist; this ones for you! I had a tooth that was cold sensitive and turns out I was brushing too hard! Dr. G applied a desensitizing agent to it and It helped instantly! 10/10 recommend

I was having a lot pain due to my wisdom teeth! I’m from Dubuque, Iowa and no one took my insurance. I did a lot of research and I called this practice and they squeezed me in for an x-ray even close to closing time that same day and staff even stayed later for me! Turns out I had 5 wisdom teeth! That next day I drove all the way back in from Dubuque, Iowa to get my extra wisdom tooth that was causing me pain pulled! Dr. G came on his day off to help me out! It was the best care I could have ever received! I definitely will return for future care! You guys rock!!!

I was so thankful for the care that I received at Main Family Dental. I went in on a Thursday with a painful tooth. I was told that I had an infection in my tooth and prescribed antibiotics. When I woke up on Friday morning my whole side of my face was swollen, I then made a call to the office and they were closed. I then contacted the Dr. and he had called in a new antibiotic for me which helped. By the time Monday came and the office was open my face had went down enough for the tooth to be pulled. I am very grateful that Dr. Griebahn had answered my call and even called me on Saturday to make sure that the new antibiotic was working. He never had to answer my call or call me back the next day, it was his days off and most would not have. I want to thank him and everyone in the office for being there when I needed them.

I needed an emergency visit, They got me in very quickly, and the staff is just amazing! They explained everything thoroughly, and were very, very kind and caring. I've found my new Dentist! I would highly recommend them!!

I cannot believe after over 3yrs and have spent THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS of dollars, Im no longer a patient. I missed 2 appointments in 3yrs. Customer/patient service is a huge part of any business. And they just lost my endorsement for that reason.
I absolutely love Dr Dague shes an amazing woman and an Incredible dentist. I couldnt say a negative thing about her if i tried. Felt the same about the staff until today. Damn shame. Remind me to be more truthful? Please inform me of how much has been spent in this office under my name.

I originally went in there because I had a filling fall out. The staff was very nice and the doctor was able to replace the filling and it looks better then the original!!! Went back just the other day for a cleaning and it was painless and quick. I definitely would recommend.
