    I don't usually write reviews but I'm glad to have the opportunity to in this case. I was on my way to my night job and while chewing on a piece of candy, my crown came off, I was horrified. I rushed into my office to call my dentist before she left for the day only to realize she was on vacation. I then called Main Family Dentist, they were so pleasant to me on the phone, I instantly felt better. They told me they could take me first thing in the morning. When I got there, I was so surprised at how organized and neat the waiting room was. They had cookies and water. I've never seen that before. When I meet the dentist she was so nice to me. It was so clean and organized inside the office as well. And the flat screened T.V.s were a real nice distraction. Before I knew it, she was done. I did not feel a thing. She even called me the next day to see how I was. It is by far the nicest office I've ever been to.

    Dr G. Is straight to it and that's refreshing. He doesn't waste your time or your dollar. His staff is pleasant , well trained and very procedural. They work well to accomplish task in an efficient manner. Thanks to the entire staff and intern that listened and got me seen right away. This last visit reminded me of why I love and highly recommend this dentist.

    One of my teeth was bothering me BAD and I needed a root canal done. Dr. Lynn worked diligently as he fixed my problem. I was extremely impressed with his courteous staff, especially Sarah, as they worked me into Dr. Lynn's schedule and assisted him with my care.

    The cleanliness of his office and equipment was duly noted as I am a neat freak! :) I was also amazed at the state-of-the-art technology Dr. Lynn uses compared to another Dentist I had frequented.

    When you enter main family dental everybody from the front desk to the doctors themselves are all so friendly and pleasant, and don't forget the smiles. Defiantly would recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist.

    This was my 2nd emergency visit . They were able to get my in both times the same day. The staff is just as kind and amazing as the Dr. Oh yeah did I forget to say he's (HANDSOME). From the minute you walk in your greeted with carrying and kindness . Thank you all at Main Family Dental your the best.

    This was my first visit here. I was very impressed with how thorough they were in my examination. They showed me all the pictures and x-rays. They made sure that I understood what they were showing me and also that I knew just what the procedures would be. Also, they explained what would and wouldn't be covered by insurance. They tried to make it as comfortable a procedure as possible. Everyone was friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.

    Fillings were done horribly by the dentist. Both of my fillings were very sandy and not evenly smooth on both jobs. Had to call the Dr in twice to fix these basic problems! The hygenist had the needles in my cheek and was moving it while it was in my cheek and it hurts like hell! It was a rush job and not a quality job for the amount of money that I'm paying.

    I would like to start by saying my hygienist Terri was great. The dentist was also kind and informative.
    My issue is I made an appointment for a cleaning as a new patient. Upon check in, I filled out my paperwork and wrote down the insurance information that I had. My dental insurance company does not provide cards.
    The hygienist took me back to the room and stated that the front desk girls were having trouble with my insurance info. I then informed her that I was insured under my partners policy and he had just been in the office.
    Evidently they found my insurance information. Proceeded with x-rays, only to tell me they might not have time to do my cleaning. At this point I am very upset. I had to leave work early for this appointment, and now it might have to turn in to 2 separate appointments.
    To make things worse, they will no longer be in network with my insurance after June 22, which I knew in advance when I made the appointment, the issue now is they don't have an appointment to offer to me, one which works for me and my work schedule prior to my insurance going out of network.
    They offer to schedule it for afterward and I'll only have to pay $32 for my cleaning.
    Thanks, but no thanks. I have insurance which covers me at 100% for cleanings. I'll gladly find another dentist that will schedule adequate amount of time for x-rays and cleaning.
    If they were having an issue finding my insurance informating and that's what caused the hold up, the staff should have spoke to me. They require 48 hr cancellation, however I made my appt. a few weeks out and provided insurance information over the phone. I suppose my time is less valuable as now they expect me to come in twice for something that every other dentist I have ever been to has been able to complete in one visit. Very poor appointment planning on their part and I will not be going back. Very disappointed.

    When I made my appointment for my cleaning - I also made an appointment for my boyfriend for a cleaning and consultation, you stated at that time he would need 2 appointments due to time constraints. I was never advised over the phone prior to making my appointment that you may not have enough time to complete xrays and a cleaning for me during one appointment - had that been the case I would have scheduled two at that time as I had done for my boyfriend. If you were truly doing me a favor to meet my needs before you went out of network with my provider you would have asked me to go ahead and schedule a 2nd appointment at that time just in case.

    In regards to the office staff being unable to find my insurance information, that's what the hygienist told me when she walked me to the exam room. She walked out multiple times to check with the front desk to see if she was able to proceed with x-rays. If this was not the case I am unsure why she told me this or what the issue was.

    I am not being hurtful, just truthful as to what I experienced.
