Good at taking out the tooth anything after that no! Rude front desk told me that the doctor's assistant was wrong. If your having any problems after you get your tooth pulled go somewhere else ull have better luck!

Parents- taking your kids to the doctor or dentist can be so stressful! I have two strong-willed, independent, and defiant boys who test our limits daily! Fortunately, kids are seen all day, every day at Central Park Dentistry, and the staff can expertly make their dental experience fun AND productive!
Did my boys have a few tears? Yes. Did they get their teeth polished, get their tooth vitamins on, and let the dentist look at their teeth? YES! I promise you that each visit will get better and better as your kids come for their routine cleanings and check-ups and get comfortable letting the staff do what they do best- keeping your kids healthy!

I've been a patient of Dr. Lala's at Central Park Dentistry for well over 20 years. Never have I had unsatisfactory treatment. Even as their practice continues to grow; their customer service, professionalism and care stays the same (5 star). I've been blessed to see many of the dentists there through out the years (for multiple reasons) and everyone stands with the same integrity as Dr Lala does. Recently I was switched to Lacey as a hygienist; and I adore that lady! She's every bit of a professional and takes pride in all she does. Thanks for 20+ years of great experiences. (And lord knows I've had my fair share)!!

I have always had very unpleasant experiences at the dentist and this caused hesitancy in wanting future dental work. But, I needed it. Tanya and Dr. Thatcher were above and beyond what I expected and made the experience easy, comfortable and informative. I can't express how grateful I am for their expertise!

Arrived to my appointment and was told they couldn't find my insurance information and there was no valid insurance. I literally just used my insurance a week ago at my son's dental appointment. Woman at desk was rude and just matter of fact told me I couldnt be seen. I work at a doctor's office, you dont wait until the patient arrives to verify insurance this is something you do days prior so if there's an issue it can be dealt with in advance. I took time off work and drove from Clear Lake to come to this appointment. I called and asked to speak to the office manager and she never even bothered to return my call, very unprofessional. This is not the first time I've had issues with this office, previously I called and cancelled an appointment and they sent me a nasty letter saying I no showed. Clearly the administrative staff needs further training and an attitude adjustment. Do not recommend.

I never really enjoyed going to the dentist when I was younger because I was always afraid that they would pull my teeth(wiggly teeth) out. Then my family started going to Central Park Dentistry. They worked with me by helping me understand what they were doing so I wouldn’t be as nervous. It took awhile, but overtime I have come to enjoy my dentist visits. I always enjoy how my mouth feels after a cleaning and they are always very friendly. Wonderful place! I totally recommend giving them a try. If you express your concerns they can help you know how to best care for your teeth.

We paid in full for my wife to get invisalign here. Unfortunately we moved 6 months before the process was finished. It has taken almost a year of us calling consistently for them to transfer files to another practice for my wife to finish. So Central Park Dentistry doesn't have to finish the work that they started, they are keeping the full payment, and we now get to pay another practice to finish what has already been paid for. Central Park Dentistry has not been good to work with us. I would not recommend.
