Started Invisalign and paid in full but then I moved. The office refused any discount. No calls or zoom to oversee the treatment that I paid for. Now I get to find a new provider and pay again.

Even though I was reminded well of my appointment, I forgot this morning. I got a call and the staff worked very efficiently to help us still get through. I know this was my fault, so I appreciated the grace of them trying to make my appointment still work if possible. I realize this might not always work, so I’m not recommending showing up late. CPD was able to get me in right away for a broken, abcessed tooth. Having little previous dental care I was in pain, scared, & embarrassed. From the moment I walked in the door I felt 100% cared for. Dr. Lala was a fun, happy & reassuring face. Not once did I feel stupid or out of place, I felt like they were actually happy to help me!! Costs and options were discussed in a way I could easily understand. I'll be back in June for a routine exam & cleaning to establish. Thank you CPD!!!

This was Hunters first visit to the dentist and considering his age, only 2 1/2, he did a great job. He was nervous and did not want to cooperate but Dr Lala took his time and only did what Hunter would allow. I was very pleased and love Central Park Dentistry, I am looking forward to our next visit!!

The smiles, friendly greetings, and conversations I experience when I am there say that they remember me and that they genuinely care. I actually enjoy being there "in the dentist's office"!
