I had a wonderful experience at CPD! Every staff member was friendly and caring. Daniel and Bria were so helpful and understanding over the phone prior to my appointment when I was in so much pain. The front desk ladies were all very sweet. Dr's Breyton and Hanson were very nice and gentle during my appointment even though I had a challenging root canal to take care of. Abbie and Bria stopped by to check on me during my root canal. Lastly Staci my dental assistant was so kind and compassionate to me throughout my appointment and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I can't say enough good things about everyone I encountered. Thank goodness for wonderful people like the staff at CPD!

ABSOLUTELY, the BEST Dentist Office I have had the Pleasure of visiting. The Staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful. I love the entire process at CPD. From the moment I walk into the office I am promptly and kindly welcomed by the front desk staff. The waiting room is relaxing...love the fish tank! The young woman who cleans my teeth always takes the best care of me, is knowledgeable and compassionate. She does an excellent job! Dr. LaLa is wonderful and always makes sure any questions are addressed. The entire office is very efficient and professional. Thank you ALL for being such a great team!!

I was in Mason City and received a call from Dr. Lala’s staff reminding me of my appointment the next day. I told them I was in Mason City now and did they have an opening? 20 minutes later I was at their office! I was so happy not to have to make another trip the next day. My dental hygienist, Lacey, was very nice and that made the time go fast. I really appreciated all they did to make me comfortable. As many of you know, the only thing we’re interested in at the dentist’s office is when can I get out of here, no offense Dr. Lala. I was born with an aversion to dentists.

Once again, CPD of Mason City to the rescue! I called Monday morning wondering if they had a spot for me. My tooth was cracked and Sheffield, where I usually go, wasn't open on Monday. The kind receptionist got me in at 9:00 with Dr Lehmann (one of the new guys on the block). He was so kind and I feel very professional, altho he looked too young to be a dentist. They got me fixed up with a temporary crown and I was good to go. This was the 3rd time that the Mason City office has worked me into their busy schedule and I want them to know I truly appreciated it. A dentists office certainly isn't my favorite place, but they have always made me feel like they are glad to help. Thanks so much.
