I had a tooth removed and a bridges modified. So the dental assistant just put a glob of cement in the temporary bridge. Cement in th tooth cavity that was removed. Pain for 6 days. Went back and found the glob of cement. Removed it an now better. It is the weekend, and my temporary came off! No one there to help! Not sure I’m comfortable with this dentist.

The experience I had at Dr. Burhoop's was one of the best visits I have had at a dental office. It starts with the receptionist, who is friendly and very accommodating. The dental assistants and dental hygientist are compassionate (I am a chicken) and very calming. Dr. Burhoop makes the experience an enjoyable (did I really say that) one and guides you in what you need to complete on each visit. Dr. Penfield was able to remove a very difficult painful tooth for me other dentists had said it would probably require multiple teeth to be pulled to get the bad one so I put it off for a couple years. She was able to get it out intact even with the crooked roots and small space. No other teeth were damaged which I was warned could happen. Thank you lakeport dental and most of all Dr. Penfield.
