Did not bill our insurance (who they contract with) before billing us! We discovered the issue a couple years later because my wife had the same procedure done recently and it was a fraction of the cost it was 2 years ago. After digging into it, it turned out they did not bill our insurance for the full procedure. They only billed for the work-up. The woman in the insurance department admitted the mistake. But when it came to fixing their mistake, Diane (the dentist's wife) who is coincidentally the clinic administrator, refused to compensate us for the mistake they made! No effort to meet us halfway. Not even a sorry! I guess when it comes to their bottom-line, they don’t care about a longtime patient of over 10+ years. Disgusting, immoral, and perhaps even illegal.

Really disappointed. I was hoping after all the issues with the messed cap that giving them another chance would be an option. I am now being refused service based on my insurance, and told if I want to pay cash each visit I could. They would rather I see a cattle herder for a dentist that makes money based on volume of services billed, then actually keep a patient. I was already blocked from there Facebook page after my last negative review, but the black balling with other dentists is uncalled for.
