From the moment I walked in the door the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming! Since it was my first time with them they gave me a quick tour of the office and then started with my X-rays. My hygienist Charissa explained everything she was doing and did a great job! Dr. Baier was nice and personable and made me feel very comfortable. She answered any questions I had. While I was getting my teeth cleaned I could other hygienist working with kids and they sounded nice and patient. I definitely recommend Davidson Family Dentistry for anyone looking for a new dentist!

I absolutely love this dental office and the staff. Dr Michael Davidson worked with me to find the best possible solution for my budget and my situation without ever pressuring me into making a decision. We took the treatment at my pace and the end result was a beautiful new smile. I would highly recommend this office if you are like me and suffer from anxiety about going to the dentist or getting treatment. They always made me feel comfortable.

Charged me for free cleanings and I was only reimbursed after I had pointed that out. They also charge me at the time of service and then conveniently sent me another bill, stating that they were just questemating at the time of service. Qouted me silver fillings even after telling them that I wanted the natural white then charged me for the natural white and said "tough luck we messed up but you have to pay". No wonder this place is full of expensive art, artifacts and pop culture from taking peoples money. Bad service all around. Also cracked one of my teeth while installing a fillng and told me, "sometimes that happens".

I have been going to Davidson Family Dentistry since I was little. I hadn't been in a long time!! I was extremely nervous and as soon as I walked in the receptionist calmed me down the staff is incredible!! I felt so relaxed and my nerves immediately went away!! Michael Davidson removed my wisdom tooth in literally 5 seconds it was amazing I barely had any pain!! I highly recommend using this Office they are absolutely the best!!! Especially if you are nervous to go to the dentist this is the place to be! Incredible!!

My family and I have been patients of Dr. David Davidson and Davidson Family Dentistry for over 30 years. We have also been treated by several of the other dentists in this practice as well as most of the dental hygienists, and all have provided excellent dental care. Dr. Davidson and his staff have always thoroughly informed us about our dental conditions and our treatment options. We are always encouraged to call and come in if we have any problems following treatment. I have never hesitated to recommend this dental practice to others.

I was told my insurance covered all but $250 (I have that in writing) and then I now received a bill for $1000 as they have made a mistake. I had told them 3 times not to do anything that wasn't covered by my insurance. I have the actual estimate handwritten by one of the staff showing me what I would owe. They do not respond very fast to emails or to phone calls.
I would have never had the dental work done if I had known that they would try and charge me $1000 for something that I did not agree to.
Their answer this morning was to tell me that I could take as long as I wanted to pay the balance. That is not the point. Due to their mistake I am expected to pay.
This is not how you do business.

I have to tell you, I’m very anxious about the dentist. My kids are far braver than I am! It gives me nervous tension and stress which doesn’t help me with staying on track with dental care (already hard enough with children and busy lives). I’ve had two pretty extensive visits within the last 6 months and I can say with heartfelt honesty that Davidson and all of the hygienists and dentists I’ve seen have treated me with so much care and consideration. My whole family is cared for the in the same way and we are thrilled to be patients. Thank you Davidson Family Dentistry for being awesome!

While my wife and I have both had issues with the billing department (which were eventually resolved after much effort on our part), we very much enjoy the dentists and hygienists at Davidson Family Dentistry. They're friendly, professional, gentle and non-judgmental... the last part being especially important to someone like myself who has weak teeth.
