Scheduled an 8 am appointment the last two times I've gone here to get the appointment out of the way for the day, thinking there was no way the dentist could be behind schedule and make me late. I was wrong. Both times I sat in my car for a half hour or more waiting not only for the dentist but for the reception staff. The dentist was extremely rude rubbed fluoride on for 3 seconds with her finger and shooed me out of her chair. now i'm getting an invoice in the mail saying my insurance rejected the claim. Call my insurance company - they never got the information from this place. Do not go here!!!

I have never had a worse dental experience. My appointment was 45 minutes later than it was supposed to be. I did not have a hygienist clean my teeth. I'm assuming the dentist, who never introduce yourself, cleaned my teeth for a total of one minute very roughly and slapped fluoride on with her finger. I was told to come back for cavity filling. I have never had cavities before. My teeth are not sensitive and she almost made me cry. I will never be going back.

Well to put it bluntly, every tooth they have worked on whether a filing, or a four time crown attempt every crown has fallen off within the first year and now my filling has even fallen out. I went in with having not really any problems but since I have found a real dentist who is repairing everything A1 has done from leaving space next to a crown which cause infection to have to have the tooth pulled and overall poor workmanship and one day they want a Co-pay the next day they don't. Let's just say this is unlike any dental experience of my life and I am 50. I would never recommend this place or the dentists or staff for anything. Epic Failure!

This office called and texted me multiple times in regards to appointments that werent even for me, they were for 3 other people. Then i was charged for services i never received, told i would have a treatment plan setup but instead only set up a 6 month cleaning. When you call the local number it goes to a call center so they can't really help you. When i called the 1800 number they said i will have them return your call asap. its been over a month and i have had to call them back multiple times. I'm going to give them one more chance then find a new dentist because this customer service is atrocious.

0 out of 5 if I could. No bedside manner. No compassion. Front receptionist pulls mask under his nose constantly. Went in for fillings and was given no light anesthetic for the Novocain injection.... just a huge needle and the dentist says "this is going to hurt". HORRIBLE. Didn't even ask how I was doing or if I needed a break between the four injections. DONT GO HERE. Long story short I didn't have the procedure completed.

Update: Now they won't refund the money that I had to pay UPFRONT before having cavities filled. Said my $450 would be ready for refund last week. Now they are saying in a week or two. This place is a scam.

My son was exposed to radiation my last visit, I needed to get a crown put on so I didn’t bring my little one the second time because of the incident. The doctor was so aggressive and very insensitive. The blonde at the front desk was extremely rude. Also the hygienists talking about how drunk they got the night before wasn’t very reassuring before getting work done on my teeth.

Went to a1 dental a few weeks ago. They all seemed a bit rushed. The dentist quickly came over and took a look at my xrays and my teeth. The dentist told me I had 7 cavities!! Thought it was a little weird because I regularly go to a different dentist and take great care of my teeth. Went back to my old dentist for a second opinion.. he told me I have ZERO cavities!! Will never ever go back!!

They do not care about patients on title 19. They did a terrible job at a filling, made my client wait an hour after her appt time, and the teeth cleaning was them polishing her teeth for about 2 minutes (no flossing, no removing plaque or tartar build-up.) Then they billed her insurance company for the work they have not done. This is fraud and I will be reporting this to her insurance company.
Update: client came in for a botched root canal and they had her scheduled for a teeth cleaning. They had nothing in thier notes saying her root canal had not yet been capped. This place is such a subpar medical clinic. They do not take care of people. They do not make sure cavities are filled. Until the cavity gets so bad that a patient needs a root canal where most have to pay out of pocket. For people on medicaid or Medicare they do the minimum. They care nothing about people's dental health, and they are disorganized, not even knowing why a follow up appointment was made, always running 30-40 minutes late, and do not pursue proactive work needed on teeth before they begin to rot.
If you can find a different dentist that takes your insurance please for your health and safety do so.

One star is being generous. When I walked in the receptionist was dismissive and rude, had me sit down and wait 10 minutes, then turned me away because I had my daughter with me. No one mentioned when I made the appointment, or confirmed my appointment twice that she wouldn't be allowed with me. So I waited 3 weeks for an appointment then got turned away. I will be finding another dentist office.

I absolutely hate going to the dentist. For any thing. Today I went in for root canal and imprints for a partial. I cannot thank the staff and dentist for how they helped me enough! I was having issues. They made me feel at ease and was very reassuring. For being at the dentist the whole experience was a good one for me.
