Went for a deep clean with Lindsey and she is a gem! She is very personable and upbeat. She did an amazing job and no pain! Tracey at front desk is always welcoming and sweetest! Making you feel comfortable is a top priority at a dental office to me. They are the best!

Only came here because my previous dentist didn’t take Medicad. Had some worked done always left my appointments with pieces of my tooth left in my mouth and bruising around the area he worked on. Was always really rough. Finally switched insurance and got back with my old one and he said the teeth I had fixed were horrible. I’ve had fillings come out and I’ve also had a couple crowns pop off all from this dentist

Very rude people do not go here. I had an appointment with them in July THEY called and CANCELED ON ME. I rescheduled that appointment with them. I came down with COVID a few days prior and was so delirious from the fever I forgot to let them know I guess you don’t think about the dentist appointment you made when you are worried you might die. Keep in mind they did not send any kind of reminder text or call to reach out to confirm the appointment either in the days leading up to it ( something reputable Doctors do ) they called my phone 29 minutes after me missing my appointment and I explained I’m so sorry I missed it I have COVID I was really sick and almost had to go to the hospital last night. She refused to reschedule my appointment and said they won’t see me as a patient now because I missed an appointment. They literally dropped me as a patient for being sick.Never in my life have I been treated that way. It’s probably because I don’t have the fancy designer insurance.

I have a really bad anxiety about going to the dentist and today was the day to get my wisdom teeth out and 2 fillings. I haven’t sleep good for the past 2 days worried that it was going to be horrible. This is also a new dentist office for me so it’s even MORE nerve racking.
Every employee in that office is just wonderful. My anxiety eased the more I went there. The procedure was FANTASTIC, professional quick and easy. He talked to me during the procedure. He made sure I was okay. His assistant talked to me about a book. It was over faster then it started. Excellent service. I’m so proud I chose this dentist office. From the front desk to surgeon. Excellent highly recommended dentist office.

Have always been insecure about my teeth until just recently. Dr. Ruisch & his staff changed my life. Now I can smile with confidence & security. Each visit was an extremely pleasant one with barely no wait time and extremely friendly staff that treats you like royalty. Will recommend to anyone looking to get anything done to their teeth!

I love the sailing decor and free coffee in the waiting room. Reception staff are friendly and efficient. My usual dental hygienist Alex is always friendly and presents herself with a high degree of professionalism. Dr. Ruisch is by far the wittiest dentist I ever had. Great quality work all around!!

I've been going here for years and wouldn't switch. Dr. Ruisch and his staff are experts. I suffer from "dental phobia" but Randy never hurts me. He's the best! Top-drawer, A++, 5 stars!

Dr. Ruisch is absolutely a caring and awesome dentist. He has went above and beyond to make sure I had a what was needed to once again eat out and smile!! After years of frustration with nonfitting dentures and not being able to find a dentist who would fix the problems I was referred to Dr. Ruisch. I can honestly say I love my smile. I highly recommend Dr. Ruisch and Westgate Dental.
