I have to give my honest opinion here. It took 45 minutes on the phone to even make an appointment. Should have known from that first inital "first impression" that the rest would not be good. This was, by far, the worst dental establishment I have ever visited. First off, I sat down and waited 10 minutes for the hygienist to prepare the X-ray machine. Then I was asked to get up and go stand in the hallway because someone else needed to get X-rays (YOUR KIDDING ME RIGHT). I really said this!! So I get up and stand in the hallway while the other person gets her X-rays. Then I sit back down and get mine. While I'm in the process and the hygienist walks away the machine swivels and points to the wall. She came back and said did the machine move? DUH yes it did. Then she cleans my teeth (by far the worst cleaning I have EVER had)! It did not take her 2 minutes then she flossed my teeth, or should I say tried to floss, everytime she put the floss in between my teeth it would get caught and she could not get it out. Maybe she should have tried a different type of floss??? Let's be honest not all floss fits everyone's teeth (needless to say because of this my gums are very swollen and sore tonight). I was there over an hour and 2 minutes were spent cleaning my teeth and the Dr. took about the same to look over them. STEER CLEAR of this place!!

Worst experience of my life. Doctor was very rude and doubted me when i said i was in pain still, i was literally crying. She tried making me have a root canal when i knew there was no saving the tooth. She made me feel like a nuisance and that i was just another person to get paid for.
2 days later ended up in ER for infection bc she didnt do her job right.
If my unborn baby goes into stress i will be suing

Just had a root canal. Still have feeling jaw is swollen been in worst pain of my life missed a week of work go in because im in so much pain im balling my eyes out on chair she goes ahead and starts drilling says oh it's just the temporary filling!!! Still in pain right now. Like you did a root canal without antibiotics first wait till i look like a chimpmunk because I am so swollen to say hey ill put you on them now and keep asking does it feel better does it feel better? No it doesnt its worse!!!!!

She cut my tongue. Never in 55yrs have I been hurt or scared at dentist. The lady kept leaning on my lip of the otherside. My unum side. I have to go back for crown on. I feel scared.
And they use this spacer to hold mouth open way to big for my small mouth. I said, it makes me nervous never had to use that before and they took it off. Same with root canal guy. That spacer way to high and played back way to far. My legs ended up shaking and I couldn't stop them.

I've worked in customer service for many many years, and I've never seen anyone treated the way my kid was treated, the lady who worked on her NEVER introduced herself or was she friendly in making my daughter feel comfortable with what she was doing, after waiting forever to be seen, I was greeted by one person and that was the young lady who checked us in, as we waited, my 8 year old daughter ask mommy why is that big lady yelling at her, ( a large Hispanic lady that never wore a smile and was very rude) I explained that maybe she was having a bad day. Not 2 minutes later she walked by us and started yelling at the young lady that checked us in.
My daughter was very upset going in let alone seeing this and then the way she was treated. NEVER GOING BACK THAT LADY needs to find a new job, she's not only hurting her coworkers but now she's upsetting younger kids.
I'm sorry, I understand people have bad days, but she should learn how to separate her life with her job, every person matters and she doesn't care less.
Will not ever be back

Honestly, best experience of my life. I chipped my tooth and live extremely close. Alisha, thee assistant, was extremely proficient on getting my information. Very clean office with toys for kids! I'll be back! Scheduling an appointment for all 3 kids tomorrow. Dentist was a Doll. Thank you all 💗💗

The dentist is too rough. Unprofessional i went there and they were discussing another patients information in front of me. I also called to reschedule they had the wrong person pulled up they didnt do any thing but ask for my first name. Will be taking my service's to a more professional establishment

Worst dentist office ever The doctor was supposed to be in at 7 o'clock in the morning but since it was running so hard she called and said I'll get there when I get there and she had a whole waiting room for the people I waited for 3 hours.... If I could give it 0 stars I would

I too just called as I have an infected tooth that needs pulled and was told next available appointment was October 31 !!!! Today is October 3rd. Asked if they had any emergency times and she said no. Rude person. Will not suggest this place and will call person you suggested them and tell them not to suggest them.
