Let’s start by saying: I HATE DENTISTS!!!!!!
Lots of bad events as I was growing. When I moved to Waterloo I needed a dentist. THEN I found Edwards and Smith. I told them my very strong feelings toward dentist. They listened… I found my heroes! Yes, I still have teeth and gum issues, but they way they handle me, the way they are able to take away most of my apprehension is a miracle in itself. I’ve recommend to others and they also say how awesome their experience was for the issues they needed to deal with.
Today was no different! Once again they helped me through a routine cleaning.
I came to them in 1985 and would recommend to all their entire staff! Thank-you so much!!!!!

This is the best. After 30 years, I won’t go anywhere else. The dentists, hygienists, receptionists — all are cheerful, friendly, kind, and humorous. No pain and few seconds of discomfort. If you dread your dental appointments, try Edwards & Smith in Waterloo.

I absolutely love the work Dr. Kurtz did on my front teeth. She is such an amazing Dentist. The office staff goes above and beyond to help with scheduling and making sure the insurance is all taken care of.

Staff was friendly, explained all things clearly, maintained a professional attitude , and demonstrated herself in a way that she was knowledgeable of the topic at hand. Office staff was very helpful in setting future apps and when I might be notified. I will be back.

I normally have severe anxiety when it comes to dental work and procedures. Dr. Laura and her team are great at alleviating stress and anxiety. The office team is friendly, the hygienists are great and the doctors take the time to really care for their patients. I cannot recommend them enough!
