The staff here is super friendly and professional. I am usually not a big fan of dentists but not only is Dr. Shach funny, he got my tooth removed very quickly with the little to no pain. The lab tech Tori did a phenomenal job matching my partial with my other teeth. HUGE fan of Aspen Dental

I had a wonderful first visit to Aspen Dental. I called at work about 8:30am and they said they had an appointment for me at 9am. I couldn't believe it! Naturally I said yes (my wisdom teeth are causing me pain) and I was so impressed with how friendly, helpful, and kind the staff were (India, Ashley, Hayley, etc). I never felt so confident that I'm receiving the very best care from the thorough X-Rays they took, to the tool they used to show my teeth on the screen in the room, right down to the very affordable $30 Oral Cancer Screening which was so easy, not invasive at all and well worth the money for the peace of mind it provides you. I'm not a fan of dentists but I've never felt more comfortable in a dental chair than at Aspen Dental. The fact that they let me use a Oral B Genius X toothbrush before they examined my mouth really impressed me. The dentist is always saying brushing is important but never before have I been given the actual tool with which brushing is made easiest with. I gladly took one home, received free toothpaste too, and Ashley got me approved for financing to take care of my oral health. Needless to say, my mouth still hurts but my appointment is coming up soon and I'll soon have plenty to smile about! Thanks again everyone at Aspen Dental!!!!

Horrible dentist! Went in with a bad toothache, wanted it removed and my partial updated. Dentist refused to pull it and told me I needed all upper teeth pulled. It would cost about 5-7 thousand. And he would not do anything unless I got them all pulled. I told him I could not afford that right now and he told me I better figure it out that’s not his problem! They even tried calling my care credit card to get the limit raised. Still wasn’t enough and all he said was figure it out. He rudely pointed out all the bad things. I wanted to even do part of them and return after I got some of it paid off. But all he kept saying was all or nothing. I have never been treated by a professional in such a rude degrading way in my life! Keep what self esteem you got left never go here!

The front desk lady was so rude to me I about cried. I was trying to figure out parents insurance away from home and she was very mean about my lack of understanding. Made my whole experience feel bad.
They gave me two hours to call the night before my appointment saying they needed more information but I work.
Since my appointment I was told I could pick up a toothbrush but never got called and had to call.
Tried several times to pick it up 12, 1230, 115 and the office was closed. Their lunch hours were not posted anywhere which made it a very frustrating experience. Don’t recommend this place at all if you’re expecting professionalism.

Mmm
Definitely would not recommend this office to anyone! They diagnosed me with periodontal disease, I went and got 2nd and 3rd opinion and I in fact do not have periodontal! One of the dental offices laughed and said I was the second patient that day that came in and had been diagnosed by Aspen and it wasn’t the case! Stay away from them!

Sheila the Hygienist is hands down the best Hygienist I’ve ever had, the least painful and takes really good care of you!

I would give negative stars to Waterloo Aspen dental if I could, wasted my time booking an appointment to this place. I live an hour away, they never called despite telling me they “tried” several times when I booked my appointment at 9am for a 1:00pm. I drive the hour to Waterloo for my son to be seen and they tell me that they tried to call and didn’t get ahold of me, but they don’t see children even though he is ten and other Aspen dentals have the age requirement of 8. None of this was explained to me prior to leaving my house and wasting my gas. Staff here were rude and very not understanding. I will never return to an Aspen dental again. ESPECIALLY THIS ONE.
