Most recently I visited Dr. Barlett to have an old filling replaced. I'm always amazed at how efficient they are. I never felt any pain and was in and out in maybe 45 min. My dentist and his staff are great. Sincerely Dave Keely

Always a joy working with Dr Ruisch and the whole Westgate Dental staff! I have had the best care for some not so great teeth issues! Extremely unprofessional. I had called to schedule an emergency appointment and the soonest they could do was still 2 weeks out. Come time of appointment, I arrive to find the doors locked and that the dentist had already left for the week and that I would not be able to get in contact with them for at least 3 days when they were back in office. Horrible service.

I went into this office feeling good about myself and the accomplishments I have made to fix my smile. I was seen by Dr. Randall Ruisch DDS and he took one look at the rest of the work needing to be done and says to me "you're a meth head hu?" 😡 I was outraged. I then had told him I was in the past, but had been clean for 11yrs now and I have worked hard to get my smile back. His customer service and blatant disregard for peoples feelings sucks. Wont be returning to this office for any work.

Thanks to him i now have a broken tooth. And he ignores that its his fault for damaging a tooth i told him to leave alone and then refusing to fix my bite. The tooth os now splitting and i have to pay 5000 out of pocket to get it fixed. You should be ashamed of yourself. Awful person. Ruined my mouth. Now i live in pain everyday thanks to him.
