First Dental

I used to be hella afraid of the dentist. I never liked them poking around my teeth you know. Always felt like they were gonna cut my gums or something. But then my home boy Omar explained exactly what he was doing as he did it. and that fr made me not so paranoid. That boy Omar deserves a raise cause I gotta go in more, since my teeth are all F*d up.

I don't know what's going on lately but the service has not been good my last several visits. Waiting an hour in the lobby while people come in after me, get seen and leave. Having to redo procedures I just did a week ago thus having to take more time off work.

Everyone was so friendly and polite. Dr. Katie was awesome. She really knows how to make you feel at ease in the chair. I will definitely be referring my friends and family to First Dental.

Great and friendly staff. I have received a lot of dental work and have been pleased with the results. I always try to refer friends and family to First Dental! They have taken great care of my family members.

Went in for a cleaning and also was able to get fillings. I’ve always had dental anxiety due to a bad experience as a kid (Not at First Dental). I’ve been going to First Dental for years and I’ve had nothing but great experiences. Dr. Lehmkuhler and his staff are the best!

They have great and friendly staff and they spend time dicusssing any concerns you may have! They are a very thorough team! I say team because when you walk in they all are laughing and act like family and it makes for such a laid back environment!!

They have a very organized and well sanitized office. There were one of the most polite people I have ever spoken to.

Slightly disappointed in my experience. I was told I can't know the estimate cost of what I was looking to have done or what my savings would be through a savings plan I specifically purchased to get service work done here. Needless to say the estimate my plan told me I would save, was exponentially less (cost more) than what I was told I would pay out of pocket. And after I received my work I was told the next step of my procedure wouldn't have any savings at all, wherein my plan it tells me (with this specific dentist office) that I would have significant savings. A $10,000 dollar procedure was supposed to cost me more so around $4,500 and they told me otherwise, that savings couldn't be applied to the procedure I was looking to have done. Overall wasted a little over $300 on receiving the savings plan ($159) and having x-rays taken (another $159) when that alone with the plan should have been roughly $60. Regret my poor decisions in getting a compatible savings plan with this dentistry for a total of $20 in savings. Part of my frustration is with the savings plan, but just as much frustration is placed within this office's incompetence to be up front about how much money I would actually save and how much money I should expect to spend. Very disappointed in the general dental practices Dodge City has to offer. If you go here just expect to spend more money than you plan (or hope) to.

Their office is beautiful, the staff is attentive and kind and the Dentists are great!! Highly recommended! Well worth the wait to get my daughters in to be seen.

Dr. Lehmkuhler and his staff are excellent! Everyone is so friendly and they make going to the dentist something I look forward to.
