Stuff was totally not doing a good job at explaining what are they going to do. On the top of that they've had me sign a consent form afterwards. Now, another thing is that they haven't warn me that if I will stop my appointments on their conditions my guarantee on my crowns will no longer be in place! very upset!! spend tons of money and have to spend more someplace else. Glad though, because some stuff members were very unprofessional and that was the reason why me and my stepson stopped going there in the first place.

I haaaaaaate dentists... but not this one!! The first thing I immediately loved about this office was how relaxed I felt. From the desk to the dentist, they were fun and full of laughs, almost family-like in a way. Dr. Sobolevskaya was extremely polite, and my tooth was done quickly and flawlessly... I barely noticed any time go by. No pain whatsoever after, and she even checked in on me a few days later. Also, I work late into the evening and the fact that her hours of operation fit my schedule is perfect. Great experience, a great follow up, and a great dentist!

Long story short. I am a long time client that is no more. Due to the fact I complained about complications from the work I had done at Dr. Lana's and was ignored. Due to the fact that my pain was ignored and I was talked down as if I was a child about poor brushing being the colperate for my complications (as it was not) I am now sitting at a oral surgeon's office about to get one of the pricey teeth removed that I had work done at her office. Had a simple xray been done when I was first complaining about the work she would of realized I had a major infection and may have saved the tooth, now the tooth is too far gone to save. I highly not recommended this office unless you want your teeth bleached or get invisible braces done. Something they pushed in your face like pushy business men. I am not happy with the way I was treated in my last visit so I am now changing dentist.

I was told I had 6 cavities at my first appointment here. I found that odd because I have never had a single cavity to date. I went to get a second opinion and the dentist said I have beautiful teeth and no cavities. To be fair, I only saw one dentist here and it was a couple of years ago so I am not sure if she is even with the practice anymore. But I would definitely do some more research before getting dental work completed at this location.
