I love the ladies and Dr. Lana!! They have been so helpful in aiding me with a mouthful of very bad teeth. They've gone above and beyond working with my insurance and then finding me a grant to help with the cost of getting dentures. I've seen reviews about Dr. Lana being rude but I find that far from the truth! She is blunt and won't sugar coat anything and I LOVE that about her! Sometimes what we want done isn't what's best for our mouth and she'll let you know that rather than just do it and take your money. I highly recommend them to everyone! The staff is professional and funny and make you feel at home!

Terrible customer service and very unprofessional. Apparently management is something they are missing. Not only was the front desk rude and unhelpful, as was The DR. Disappointed to know this how some people are doing business. Your response in pathetic to try to save face, you do not even have a position as Office Manager available so what would be business with you? Dr. Lana and her team are clearly in need of clients if they have time to go back and forth with me.
