Very nice to me and my son I was very comfortable there

I’ve been coming to the office for 3 years now and I have had the best experience ever! No one wants to get work done on your teeth but when you come into a place where you feel welcomed and important and get the best care, it makes it all worth it! Love my girls at Dr.Lana’s office!

Extra care was provided to thoroughly explain procedures and expected outcomes. Highly recommend their dentistry.

Staff and Dentist are pretty rude. While dentist was examining my teeth she made a remark "there is lot of kebab filling your cavities over the year" ( RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL). That very instant I knew I have to change my dentist.

They did not provide me with treatment plan and when asked for my health records ( diagnostic quality X-rays and images) , they denied initially saying they are not obligated to hand over it to patients.

I had a very unfortunate and poor experience. Glad I did not continued over there.

Dr. Lana is so sweet. I hadn’t gone to the dentist in a while 😅 she did a great job! Made me feel super comfortable.

the dentist is very disrespectful to people. it is a miracle that she is even aloud to practice. all i can say, is if you are okay with your self esteem being lowered ( because i walked out of their feeling terrible about myself). then this is a great place. otherwise i don't recommend this dentist office.

The moment i walked into the office I noticed the ambience was clean and the workers was very professional. I was very pleased by the way I was treated by the staff and especially by Dr. Lana. I came in cause my front tooth was chipped and i was very self conscious about my smile, Dr. Lana did not make me feel ashamed of my mishap, She got me in on the same day and was able to fix my front tooth right up. I was very pleased with the work and very excited I was able to walk out of the office with a great big smile on my face, my tooth looked very natural!!!!!! I would diffidently tell all my friends and family members!!!!!! I want to thank Dr. Lana so much for giving me my confidence back!!!!!!!!

Dr. Lana is very rude and I would not recommend this place to anyone. I felt like they just wanted to get me in and out. I had an appointment and had to wait almost an hour past my appointment time on my only day off. No apology, nothing. Just “we are ready to see you, come in.” Dr. Lana seemed very annoyed and irritated and I will never be going back. I’d recommend parkway plaza dental! Much better service!

I was once a patient here, and I must say the staff is extremely friendly at first. Everyone made my dental experience a joy. The problem is in the quality of work.
I received a root canal here and a crown over the root canal. I transferred to Oklahoma for work 6 months later. After only 7 months my tooth was infected again. I went to a dentist in Oklahoma and was informed that the root canal preformed on me here Image Dentistry was done extremely poorly, I was told the fill they used was an extremely outdated and useless fill that cost the DR pennies to get because there are much better options out there. Also, the crown they gave me did not cover my tooth completely allowing for a reinfection.
My root canal and crown needed to be re done. However, because I just had it done insurance would not cover a re-do. I could not afford to pay this cost out of pocket. I reached out to Image Dentistry to inform them of this, I also stopped by in person. All the great customer service went out the window at this point. I asked if they would pay for me to have it redone correctly or simply refund me my money so I can afford to have the correct work done. They refused and only offered for them to re do it themselves. Why in the world would I do that when they clearly do bad work and use outdated and cheap fills.
I did the best I could to treat and care for this tooth with my limited funds. Now the tooth is completely done and un savable. They cheap material and poor fitting crown has caused cracks in my root. I now must replace the entire tooth and costing me between 2000-6000 for an implant or bridge.
Don’t be fooled by the extra niceness you will receive. The work is horrible and will cost you more in the long run. I would have much rather had a dentist that was rude and did good work.

well your response was complete nonsense. Maybe you missed the part I spoke about me trying to work this out with your office 6 months after the work was done when it was pointed out by other dentist the crappy work that was completed by your office. you refused to correct this problem by returning my money or paying to have a decent dentist to correct your problem. The only option you gave me was for you to re do the work. Like that makes any since to let the same person that did crappy work to do crappy work again. I am dealing with this 5 years later because no insurance will cover a new RC that soon and I dont have the money to pay out of pocket for one to fix the bad work you did. I am at the dentist at least 4 times a year taking great care of my teeth. Nice job on trying to blame the patient for your mistake. Blaming time and bad tooth care over a 5 year time frame as if this issue just started. The issue and problems with your crappy work began 6 months, I repeat 6 months after your bad dental work was completed. Your office was mad aware of this and you know it.

Stay away from this place, this is just bad all the way around!
