Dr. Forbes has changed my entire outlook on dental care! He put me at ease, answered all my questions, and made sure first and foremost that I was comfortable. I spent far too long avoiding dental care because of bad experiences and fear, but all the staff are so kind and patient that I was able to overcome my fear. Janelle is a fantastic hygenist and performed deep root cleaning without any pain whatsoever. They are always on schedule and truly the nicest people you could meet!

When here I was told the following.
1. Needed 11 fillings (maximum I have ever been told in my life. In the past it was 3 or 4 and that was rare)
2. Recommended prescription toothpaste. (Never been told this before)
3. Recommended special cleaning only and said normal cleaning would not help (never told this before)
*I had all the fillings done on one side of my mouth and waited to do the other half on the other side.
Went to another dentist for a second opinion.
1. Was told I needed 1 filling.
2. Did not recommend prescription toothpaste.
3. Did not recommend special cleaning.
As a result, I feel like unnecessary procedures were being sought after rather than out of necessity. It is hard to understand such a stark contrast otherwise. Also, I have been to many different dentists over the years and after reflecting on these experiences here, I definitely felt sold to more here than any other place. However, I think the quality of care is fine and the staff is friendly. It just seems they could be less aggressive when it comes to recommending procedures.

Nobody ENJOYS going to the dentist, but we all wind up there sometimes. If you need a wonderful dentist who will make your visit a pleasant experience, go see Dr Forbes or Dr Kremers. You’ll be impressed. The office staff is friendly and very helpful.. A dreaded annual chore actually turns into a pleasant task. The dental practice of Dr Forbes and Dr Kremers is great.
