My experience today at Drake Family Dentistry was the best dentist experience I have ever had. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. The dentist took his time to introduce himself and talk to me about what was going to happen during my visit and while it was happening. They did a wonderful job on cleaning and polishing my teeth. I love how my teeth look and again, everyone was just so nice!

I reached out to the Drake Family Dentistry Sleep Coordinator, Angela, who I have to say is just awesome. Right from the time I walked into the office for my first evaluation Angela greeted me and it went all up hill from that point forward. They did everything promised from working with the insurance companies to helping with the sleep center. Dr. Drake was very professional and did everything possible to assure me that they will do what it takes to make sure my device will be fitted properly and would make sure any adjustments needed would be taken care of right from the beginning. I am extremely happy with my device and would highly recommend you contact Dr. Drakes office should you be looking for an alternative to sleeping with a CPAP Machine!

I went to Drake Family Dentistry because I wanted to see if I could use a mouth appliance as an alternative to using a cpap machine. I spoke with Angela, dental assistant and asked her questions about the process and cost associated with the appliance. She was very thorough in her response and scheduled me for an appointment. The office staff are very welcoming. Dr Drake took his time with the evaluation and gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision to proceed with getting the appliance. My sleep apnea has improved and I'm getting better sleep. The biggest improvement has been to my level of alertness in the morning. I believe that it has improved my memory. Also, I don't snore anymore! I highly recommend Drake Family Dentistry.

During my yearly dental visit, Dr. Drake brought to my attention that I might have sleep apnea. He recommended that I complete a home sleep study. Both the assistant and Dr. Drake explained how this home study worked and answered all of my questions. I was able to get the required equipment from Dr. Drake’s office. Another doctor reviewed the data from the sleep study and concluded that I did suffer from sleep apnea. A mouth guard was then purchased through Dr. Drake’s office.
I have been wearing my mouth guard almost every night for over a month and I am seeing great results. My husband reports that I am not snoring, as long as I am wearing the mouth guard. I forgot the mouth guard one night and did snore that night. When wearing the mouth guard, I wake up the next morning eager to get up. I have more energy and focus throughout the day. I wish I had done this sooner.
I am grateful to Dr. Drake for bringing this condition to my attention.

I needed to see a dentist quickly for an emergency. After contacting about 15 different dental offices, I only received a return call, text and email from the office manager at Dr. Drake's office. I contacted them in the afternoon, and they were able to see me the next day. Dr. Drake made me feel comfortable and took care of my issue quickly. He took time to talk to me about the issue, and made sure I understood everything. He also provided me with a detailed treatment plan. I highly recommend Dr. Drake! He is an excellent and caring Dentist and he has the most wonderful staff in his office!

Dr. Drake did an incredible job with correcting my newborn niece’s tongue & lip tie. He understood the emergent need from my sister and her husband, and took them in that very day. I watched as he preformed the procedure with his assistant, they were an amazing team. He was incredibly calm, extremely kind, and was truly an answer to prayers. He has since called to check in on her as she heals. We highly recommend him for family dentistry, especially for frenectomy procedures!

I started seeing Dr. Drake after my husband and I moved to Bonner Springs. The only other person who ever worked on my teeth was my Uncle. Dr. Drake is excellent. He is extremely gentle, I’ve never had shots for numbing go as smoothly and painless than when he does it. He explains things clearly and the staff are very good at showing you what to expect for the cost before they do the work. Right now during Covid they have good guidelines in place. Highly recommend especially if you have had bad experiences with the dentists.
