I feel that this office is really unorganized. Dr. Sickles is great, but the staff can't seem to do anything effectively. Multiple times I've left messages both during and after business hours and I never get a call back. My information is never updated either, which is pretty frustrating after visiting the office for checkups every 6 months... I'm looking for a new office.
