Painless and professional! Caught myself falling asleep during my cleaning. Hygienist Andrea is painless. Dr. Dugan uses all the latest technology, which helps keep the work pain-free. He gives clear answers and is easy to talk with. Everyone in the office is always happy and friendly. The best!

So if you are frantically looking for a new dentist and that little voice in the back of your head is questioning whether to go with Dugan Family Dentistry as your next dentist, STOP DOUBTING AND GO WITH DUGAN! You will be in great hands. From the moment you walk into the door, until you walk out to your vehicle, the entire staff will treat you with incredible kindness and care.
Oh, and Dr. Dugan? Simply INCREDIBLE. Not only is he 100% present to your needs during your appointment, but he (and his assistants) make sure to guide you the entire time and let you know what will be happening at each step and if something is going to hurt or not. He is gentle, kind, and genuinely cares about you and takes time to answer any questions you may have. He does not rush you during your appointment and goes above and beyond.
I went to him for a second opinion on some fillings as my initial consultation at another office advised that I needed several which seemed odd to me based on my dental health/situation. Dr. Dugan gave me a second opinion and was thorough with my scans and explaining the advanced technology they use. It turned out that I certainly did not need as many fillings as the dental provider had quoted, and I was able to quickly schedule a future appointment to get them taken care of. Wichita is blessed to have such a dental professional. Two words to sum Dr. Dugan up: honest and compassionate.

I am 25 years old, new to Wichita and I need lots of work done to fix my smile! Dugan Family Dental scheduled me and called me back regularly when they had openings so they could get me in sooner. My first appointment blew me away because they were very caring and gave me every detail as to what was going on with my dental hygiene! They were very pleasant and made sure I was taken care of. We love Dr. Dugan and his staff. We had the unfortunate experience of going to another dentist due to insurance changes. We are so thankful to be back on a dental plan that allows us to go to Dr. Dugan! If this ever happens again, we will cancel the insurance and pay cash. He even came into the office on a weekend when I had a crown incident that needed urgent attention. I really appreciate everything that this office has done for me. They are all so kind.
