I visited Dugan Family Dentistry today as a new patient and my experience was wonderful! Their online paperwork system is very convenient and meant no wait time when I arrived at the office. My dental hygienist and doctor were both friendly and I felt relaxed the whole time. The best part was that they set up a consultation for an oral surgeon and orthodontist for me right there in the office so I didn’t have to call anyone. I would recommend Dugan to anyone!

His staff are exceptional and he is so very kind… My four kids ages 7-17 see him too and the little ones are never afraid to go to the dentist!

Everyone here is so very friendly and helpful. Our hygienist, Sarah, is amazing with my daughter! She is very patient and takes her time to explain everything and keep her calm which makes taking my toddler to the dentist a great experience! They were very welcoming and helpful right when I walked in the door. Before my procedure the Dental Hygienist had a conversation with me about how my day was and what the weather was like. And when I felt uncomfortable with a mouth piece they had no problem adjusting so that I was more comfortable. I appreciated their flexibility, kindness and thoughtfulness.
